An absolutely stunning home with everything you could need and more. Spacious accommodation with two large bedrooms with en suite facilities, and a smaller room for children. Great conservatory, kitchen and living area. And not forgetting a fabulous hot tub out on the decking.The house has stunning views over the river and countryside. Loved it so much booked to go back again next year.

Everything! It was the loveliest and most comfortable house we ever had in holiday. Every room was - as our danish friends say: hygge. That means home, made with love, relaxing, beautiful. We slept very good in the soft beds. The bathrooms were luxury and extremely clean. The kitchen is with much place and there was everything you need to cook. There was a welcome basket for us with cookies, wine, chips and jam. That did not live very long. Delicious! And the AGA. Yay, I never cooked with an AGA before. It was a exciting experience. Everything was ready so fast and delicious. Unfortunately there is no space for an AGA in my home kitchen. And on the terrace stands the hot tub. We looooooved it. After a 12 miles walk a quick shower and then into this wonder of comfort! Everything was wonderful. I miss this wonderful place already! Thank you so much!

What a fabulous property. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s in a beautiful location, lovely and quiet and the views are stunning. The property itself is beautiful, well maintained and has everything you need and more. It’s like a home from home. If you’re looking for the perfect place to stay in Killin, this is it! Our host Caroline answered all my questions and was available if needed. loved it so much we are hoping to return next year.

Very minor things: no bins in en-suites bits missing in kids games provided which was disappointing for grandson early exit time of 10am. An extra hour would have been perfect.

Spacious property with pretty much everything you need for lovely break. Garden and view were great and my son and daughter in law enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. Great conservatory for dining and chilling. Killin itself was pretty.

The landscape and scenery was fabulous, fully equipped holiday home with beautiful decor with an exceptional hot tub. I will be highly recommend this to family and friends, with also booking again in the near future.

The location was quiet and beautiful. The view from the cottage window was stunning - around the mountains, a river, and colorful heathers and daffodils in the garden. Relaxing in a large hot tub, we listened to the birds singing and admired the views around us. The house is decorated to a high standard, and well-equipped. I can recommend it to everyone!

The home was beautiful n cosy. The beds were comfortable . They have everything you need for your stay i would highly recommend this villa for families and just to get away its peaceful. The people that own the home are very friendly any thing u need they are straight onit . My family had amazing time and wee will be booking this home again in the near future

Very minor points. There was no bins in the bathrooms for any disposal of products. There was some food left in some of the kitchen cupboards which may or may not been the owners (tomato sauce, cereal bar, flour) This would be worthwhile putting into one of the cupboards. A coathanger or something to hang towels on would also be pretty handy in the conservatory for your hot tub towels / robes. As I say these points are very minor and did not affect our stay.

The house was very clean. The huge hot tub was excellent. The underfloor heated conservatory was our favourite sitting area. The kitchen is huge with a fully functioning Aga stove and Aga american style fridge freezer. Very kind of the hosts to leave a welcome pack of bread, milk, butter, crisps and a bottle of red wine. The lounge was very cosy and the log burner certainly heated the area well. Everything was catered for with towels provided (although we did take our own for hot tub use). Cleaning equipment including dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods were also left for use. The house is well positioned at the end of the road so noone is looking in on you. Note that during these darker months a car is needed to go to town as the path is not lit.

Absolutely nothing not to like! It was above all our expectations.

Killin Holiday Home was exceptional in every way. The location is very central to lots of activities, restaurants and walks. We are very happy to have found this wonderful Scottish bolt-hole and will most definitely return.
