Just a couple of very minor things. The room was a little small, and it was a little noisy, but they did provide earplugs.

Second time staying here, and it was just as enjoyable as the first time around. Great location, clean room, with decent facilities and really good shower. Will definitely stay again (although it's booked out already for 2025 London marathon, which is a shame)

Exceptional value for money. Room only budget accommodation. Extremely close to to Kings Cross station. Worked very well for us. Left our luggage on arrival and spent the whole day out in London before going back to the hotel. Suited our needs perfectly. Very clean and comfortable - recently modernised.

Room was very warm. Window opened a crack only and that with the double glazing open meant it was very noisy. But a 5 minute walk to the Eurostar terminal means that central London noise was inevitable.

Location was excellent. Good basic room with nice bathroom. Tea and coffee making facilities was an unexpected bonus.

Nothing negative, all positive

The location was excellent, close to King Cross Station and the Underground. We were able to visit all the places the children wanted to see with ease. The hotel was excellent, it was warm, welcoming comfortable and very clean. The price was amazing , I would definitely recommend this hotel and will no doubt be visiting again in the near future.

The double room we stayed in did not have any windows which was a bit unpleasant. It was probably mentioned on Booking.com that this exact type of room would have no windows, and maybe it was our fault that we hadn’t paid enough attention to that, but that wasn’t a big issue anyways. However, for a longer stay it would most probably be quite uncomfortable. Additionally, you could hear the sound of the underground passing below/near the hotel when in the room. The noise wasn’t very loud at all, but it might be an issue for pickier guests or for the light sleepers. Apart from these 2 tiny details everything was great.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It is 2-3 minutes away from King’s Cross station. We arrived earlier than the specified check-in time and the receptionist assisted us by taking our luggage and storing it at a safe place until we were allowed to check into our room. The latter, although a bit small, was actually bigger than the double rooms in the other hotels nearby. The room was tidy and clean. The sheets were soft and there were a bunch of towels provided for the guests. The bathroom’s size was also quite bigger compared to the bathrooms in the other hotels at the area. Shower gel, soap, etc., were provided. We stayed for just one night but enjoyed our stay overall.

This was just what we needed for a 3 night trip to London, a comfortable place to sleep and very convenient for transport. It’s also close to the Regent canal which is a lovely quiet area with a wildlife garden on the banks, near to St Pancras station.

There was no iron in the room and hotel offers only open Wi-Fi ( from my understanding).

Room was cozy and quiet despite being at the main road. It was tiny but had everything needed for good night sleep. I had an impression that the hotel operates without actual reception and everything is being made online, therefore was worried that I won’t be able to leave my luggage. I was wrong. I met a very helpful receptionist who even offered me a room early morning as they had one ready (even though it wasn’t the one assigned to me online).

Could hear loud music from the bar downstairs, but it stopped around midnight. Could also hear neighbour coughing through the wall. But the hotel must know that's an issue, as they kindly provided earplugs with the room. No lift.

Helpful receptionist got me booked in after a last minute reservation as I was leaving the train station! Room was clean and comfortable, large bathroom, shower temperature and water pressure both excellent. Free earplugs and a complimentary drink/discount food voucher provided.

It was a bit hot in the room, but too early in the year for air conditioning.

The receptionist was very helpful and carried my suitcase to the room.The location for us was perfect, we were catching the Eurostar next morning.The room was very clean and comfortable.
