No fridge but only an overnight for us, could have had a larger bed as plenty of room, no lift so be prepaid for stairs

We had a premium dbl room that had been renovated, so was of good size, bathroom was good size , very central and easy to find, as good instructions given, as no fulltime front desk .

The one thing I had big problem with was we were on the main road. I hardly got any excuse due to the traffic that never seemed to stop. The hotel do supply ear plugs but I'm a light sleeper so wouldn't of helped

There wasn't much not to like really. Trumps some of the premier inn rooms I've stayed in. Not as big but the air con worked which is hard to come by some times.

Great location, the room we very clean and tidy. Well presented when walking in. TV, kettle, lights, air con, shower all worked fine. Ample sockets with USB for charging phones etc. Bed was soft and 2 pillows each was ample. Great size for a few days. Probably not idea for a longer trip due to where you'd put your clothes unless you lived out of your suitcase. Nice little touch was getting a biscuit and chocolate for the hot drinks. Also received a drink offer for the nice pub next door. Very surprised this only gets 3 stars on the site.

Location is amazing. I liked the security of the code for the front door, hallway, and hotel room door. The room was small, but it had a good wardrobe. The bathroom is large. As stated, there is no lift so be ready to carry your luggage up the stairs. The AC works wonderfully. It is noisy, but it’s an old building and in a busy location.

The only issue we came across was that our room faced out onto the main road, so the noise of the traffic woke us up early in the morning. However, the staff do provide earbuds that work well. Our room was quite small, which didn't bother us, but if you're looking for something spacious, you should be mindful of picking a room that has space. Less of a complaint and more of a general 'you should know before you stay'

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly! Minded our bags before we checked in and after we checked out. Location is perfect, roughly less than a 5 minute walk from Kings Cross underground and St Pancras International. There are plenty of places to eat and drink around the hotel. The hotel and room were very clean, facilities worked well, and an added bonus for air-conditioning. Access to the hotel and rooms are with an access code rather than a keycard, which made us feel very safe and secure. Overall very happy with our stay and will likely pick this hotel the next time we visit London.
