We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room was a bit weathered, the hotel in general is very well kept but there was just signs of age and low maintenance in our room, can’t speak for the others.
Staff were amazing and very helpful. The location can’t get any better and the food in the restaurant is top quality.

United KingdomStaff were very attentive and helpful. Family room was lovely and clean and well laid out which was perfect for the kids to have their own little space. Plenty of tea and coffee and fresh milk provided from downstairs. Little fridge provided which worked a treat. Location central so great with kids. Was perfect for us and we would stay again. Breakfasts were delicious with great choices and nothing was too much trouble. Also ate an evening meal in the hotel which again was superb.

Very cosy, clean and comfy. Staff couldn’t do enough for you. Very dog friendly and location is excellent. This is my second stay and would return. Breakfast was delicious. Loved the small touches like a coffee machine and sweets on the bed. The fan was a god send!!

The staff absolutely make this hotel!! They are absolutely lush and make a fuss of your dog. Also make you feel so welcome. I've been to keswick alot and this hotel beats them all!!
