I had to leave before breakfast so am not able to comment. Room decorated to very high standard with everything you need. Bed was very comfortable & spent a restful few hours before I had to leave

I’ve made a last minute booking and showed up in 30min. The whole place is beautiful, so clean and decorated to good taste. Charles is so friendly, welcoming and helpful. He kindly offered to take me to airport in the following morning, provided takeaway suggestions and even helped me booking a taxi when I realised I had to go to the city airport.

Charles was very hospitable. Waited up for us until 12.30am as our flight was late. Room large, very clean Very easy to get to from the airport.

The breakfast was excellent, and our room was lovely. Very spacious, newly appointed bathroom with excellent water pressure in the shower. It has become our favourite in the area to stay when we arrive late in the evening in Belfast International.

5 mins in car from Airport, comfortable, clean & quiet. Host gave us a lift to airport to get very early morning flight which was very much appreciated! Didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that.

Fantastic Room with ample space and there's a separate bathtub for the bathroom. Good service and attention to detail by the host. Fabulous breakfast. Was there for 2 nights.

During rush hour, the road is hard to get onto, even with a left hand turn.

The breakfasts were fantastic, the food and the staff! Lorraine, the breakfast server was so warm and fun…she made our day! Our room was great, too! The beds were very comfortable. The bath was large and very functional. The staff did a quick clean everyday which was appreciated.

No issues except for wifi being a little slow which wasn’t a major issue.

Only criticism is the property is on a main road so traffic noise can be heard but the plus side is so near to the airport.

Very convenient for the airport. The rooms were very nice and had everything in them that you need. My room was very big. There is a lounge for residents too. There was a good choice for breakfast and you wouldn't leave hungry!! A good base to travel to sights in Northern Ireland as good road links. My daughter was leaving at 545 and owner rang us before we left and advised us that there was a queue at drop off and to drop her elsewhere. This was above and beyond what he needed to do. I would definitely stay again.

Booked last minute as I was sitting on my delayed flight to save me driving home too tired. Arrived after 1am which wasn’t a problem. Very Spacious bedroom and bathroom and very clean. Friendly staff in the morning ready with breakfast. Far exceeds its bargain price in my opinion.
