There was nothing we could fault.

It was beautiful. 5 minutes from town centre and heritage railway. Hostess Sam was so warm and friendly, made us feel very special. Breakfast was out of this world. I could rave about it all day.....

Disappointed with the hospitality at breakfast. There was a staff shortage and we waited close to an hour for our breakfast. The cook was vocally highly critical of her colleagues for not being in attendance, which is very unprofessional. Being in the industry myself, I could not understand why she could not cope with such a small number of guests when she had been given all of the required information in advance. The breakfast itself was not impressive, and it looked like another member of staff was brought in to serve at short notice, only to leave again soon after everyone was served. One couple walked out due to the wait, and no tables were properly cleared. When leaving, we were ignored twice by another member of staff. On another note, the bed was very creaky and uncomfortable. What a sad end to what could have been a fabulous stay.

This is such a beautiful hotel and such a beautiful place to stay. I very much enjoyed the breakfast - a lovely choice and of a high quality. What made this stay was the friendliness of the staff. Very welcoming and made us feel very special.

We liked everything.

Kateshill is nicest B and B my husband and I have ever stayed in . The staff were lovely and friendly and we had the Henry room which was out of this world . We had never seen or been in such a beautiful room. The grounds Kateshill House is set in are absolutely stunning too and Bewdley is about a 5 minute walk away which was just fabulous..We loved everything about the stay and will recommend to everyone and definitely come back.

We can't think of anything which could be better.

The breakfast was lovely as were the facilities. We absolutely loved the location, garden and decor. It is a very comfortable well looked after house. The room was really spacious with lovely chairs to sit in. We made use of the lounge in the evening as we were there with friends. I don't think we have ever stayed in such a beautiful bed and breakfast. We shall definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

It is a comfortable, elegant, well-kept property within easy walking distance of Bewdley town centre. The staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed breakfast and the fine breakfast room overlooking the gardens. Parking was conveniently close. The sitting room contained local guides and histories of the area. It is possible to take circular walks in the Wyre forest and along the river Severn. The local town centre is unspoilt.

Nothing really that was a dislike, we didn't find the pillows or bed the most comfortable but it was okay and nothing to complain about really. The kettle was in the cabinet under the TV which we took out when we used as didn't think the steam was a good idea in the enclosed space, moisture etc

Beautiful location, friendly staff. Price was great for the size of the room, easy walking distance to food places. We where going to the safari park so nice and close to there too. Breakfast was nice, they give you a sheet to tick off the night before what you'd like.

The breakfast was absolutely amazing, top quality Full English Breakfast available and with a gorgeous view to boot. The team went over and beyond to ensure that we had the best. Fragrant croissants, melt in your mouth Pain au Chocolat. It was absolutely amazing. We only stopped by after a long day at West Midlands Safari, but what we were met with were the best hospitality and welcome. Each room has it's charms and were very luxurious. But standouts are the 'Henry' and 'Seymour' rooms for us.
