Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomNeeds a good clean and better mattresses- beds not comfortable...bathroom needs good clean marks on walls in living room chair broken( not bolted together)...windowsills need repaint just tired looking no one answered our call when we arrived as per owners instruction and maintenance chap had no idea which flat we had been allocated..security key lock had been broken by previous occupant and told this would be fixed next day..did not seem very organised despite us confirming the hour we would arrive and trying to contact owner as instructed but no answer...

United KingdomShower - the pressure wasn't good. The double bed had double mattress one on top of the the other. The bottom mattress was slightly smaller than the top mattress which meant when either my wife or I got to to the edge, we would fall off.
Location was excellent, all the major shops you can think of (B&M, Icelands, Morrisons, Sainsbury's and Tesco) were within either 15 mins walk ot 5-10 mins drive.

United StatesThere was no hot water. We managed to get 2 cm of hot water from the boiler a day and the shower never got hot. We informed k suites about this, ended up having to call several times to get a response, and they said they would send somebody. Nobody showed until 5:30 in the evening and they didn’t have a spare key to the property. They then told us they wouldn’t be able to come until after our stay. So we didn’t have hot water for any days we stayed there. K Suites staff then blamed us for the situation instead of apologizing about the lack of hot water.
The location was good. It’s close to the railway station and the center of hinckley.
