Getting in and out of the car park is a bit of a nightmare.

It is a lovey apartment with great views of the sea, beach and all along the coast to the Mumbles. In a great location near the city centre. The area around the tower is lovely with the beach and the marina.

Poor instructions to find the apartment and with noone on hand to support, we got stuck in the wrong private car park, struggled to find the apartment as the restaurant with the keys didn't help. Also the apartment needs some tlc in the bathroom.

Only 2 things really, 1) the living room needs a much larger TV - especially in the space as you can't really see it from the back sofa. And 2) I think the mattresses need changing on all the beds. It's like the springs have gone or they are way too soft which creates a banana effect in the middle of the bed and a lip round the edge. This is especially noticeable on the "large double bed" (which is actually 2 singles pushed together) which ordinary isn't a problem, but due to the softness and dip in the middle of each mattress, it creates a very firm tall lip down the middle where the 2 mattresses meet which you can't lay on or across. None of these should stop you staying here though, especially if you want a view of both the beach and sea, and also the boats and marina - at the same time!

View, overall comfort and cleanliness, ow and 2 bathrooms is always a nice bonus.

All the mattresses of our 2 bedroom apartment definitely needed to be changed. They had done their life ! A new sealed mop would have been nice to use.

I loved everything about the property. The view from the 11th floor was beautiful and with access to the balcony. The property was spacious especially the lounge, equipped with all the appliances and kitchen was fully-functional. The location was ideal with Tesco Super within 5-7 mins walking distance and within 2 mins to the beach. Communication with the Host was smooth and she explained everything to the T from parking the car to picking and dropping the key; she was always a call away for any query or complain. A convenient grocery store was right opposite the property.

Only little gripe, the welcome basked had just x3 cappuccino pods for 2 people for 2 days/nights and no bottled water, so we purchased our own. Next time I book, I will ask James to order some better weekend weather!

I met James at the prearranged spot to collect the keys, which was thankfully right next door to the property. He was right on time, which was appreciated. James was professional, helpful, and friendly. The apartment itself was exactly as described, but the view—the view—was so much more than I had expected. Even in the rain, the view is beautiful, but when the sun decided to come out, it was breath-taking, and at night, it was very relaxing and romantic. I made a big roast, and the kitchen had everything I needed, with all of the appliances working as required. Once the heating was on, the place became toasty and homely. Great Wi-Fi, very well-located property in a lovely area with everything you could need close at hand. There was a lot of hot water, which was again much appreciated, as I was soaked every time I left the apartment! My deposit was back in my bank account even before I made it home, which is a very nice and welcome touch by the team, especially as I vacated on a Sunday. Excellent customer service, with speedy contact from the team whenever I had a question. The cleaning team was friendly and accommodating, and it does make a difference to feel like the whole team is there to make your stay a pleasant one. My kind thanks to James and the team for doing all they could to make this a memorable stay. If/when I return, I will seek out this place again.

We had a issue parking as the car park fob did not work, but the security guard let us in. The mattress was a litlle too soft for our liking.

Location was great 2 minutes from the beach and you could hear the sea, A 5 minute walk to the city centre. REally nicely presented.

The online ID verification process was laborious particularly the need to enter address and other details already held by Booking.com.

Check in was long winded and complicated with several messaging sessions, including taking a photo of my drivers licence and a selfie. They needed £250 taken from my credit card and kept until the property is checked for any damage, due in more than a week after check out! Also had to give the names and ages of all occupants. The first time I have experienced a detailed check in like this, and hand over money just in case we damage anything, in over 40 bookings over the years.

Generous hospitality basket including 8 Dolce Gusto pods and 8 instant coffee sachets plus tea, sugar, milk cartons, and biscuits. Alexa echo dot was a surprise and well used. Pristine apartment, carpets and furniture good quality and in good condition. Rug looked new. Bin in every room. Allocated parking underground a short walk across the road. Useful loading/off loading bay right outside steps to apartment block for luggage. Good view of sea and beach left and right from windows. Great bedroom window at the ideal height to lean on the windowsill looking at the beach. Modern kitchen with all you need including a microwave, oven and hob. Location is perfect for marina, beach, city centre shops, leisure centre with pool, the Arena and Brangwyn Hall for concerts.
