Restaurant on site with free coffee. Quiet room.

Noone on reception. Checking in we had to queue for 25 minutes behind everyone ordering food & drinks. Once sorted all was good.

Very busy place. Great food including breakfast. Laundromat across the road. Nice rooms and comfortable bed. Location was great.

Busy Vibrant Hotel. Maybe sometimes too busy. Difficult and long queues to be served. Ordered on app waited 25 mins for 1 drink. Outdoor court yard was full, As the sun was shining. Our room went on too Grey Street which was very noisy. However the staff where pleasant and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean.

No parking ,but we did manage to get parking near by

Our room was spotless. Very comfortable bed extra pillows .Facilities in the room excellent ,plenty sockets mirrors ,wardrobe space etc . I would say the only downside was the waterfall shower which had no handheld facility ,it was great for my partner but I had to dodge the water on my hair . Very unusual with the skylight but still a bright room so no issue We put the sign on our door and received fresh towels ,more teas coffees etc it was great

Would be better if someone was on reception as you had to queue at the bar to get your room key.

Rooms were clean and comfortable. Hotel in a great location in Broughty Ferry. Have stayed here a few times and will definitely be back.

Staff are excellent even under pressure. Special mention to Caitlin and Liam who were particularly helpful, chatty and very pleasant. I have stayed here many times and will do again. Location is perfect, food/drinks very good and value for money all round. Here's to my next visit.

The fixed rain shower was powerful but I prefer one I can adjust if I don’t want to wash my hair, small detail

I have never stated in a Wetherspoon Hotel before so was very surprised and impressed with this one. The food and drinks are standard for a Wetherspoons ( you get what you pay for) but the room was comfortable, clean and had a good selection of complimentary tea/coffee/hot choc, bottled water and biscuits. Even provided oat milk. The bathroom was spotless with lovely fluffy towels. Hairdryer, iron also provided, the girl we met cleaning the rooms was very friendly and helpful too.

Three of the cooked breakfasts ordered by our party of 4 was cold and had to be sent back. When returned they were slightly warmer. This was the only downside.

The Hotel is centrally located, clean and comfortable. Drink prices are also around the cheapest in the area.

A great location. The staff are friendly in the main. Getting a room just along from the lift was terrific. The downside for all Wetherspoon pubs is the food could be warmer

Unfortunately while nice to have the room facing the yard some machines / air conditioners or similar went on-off during the night. Maybe they could go on a timer from midnight to 6am??

Only one window in room that could only be opened by climbing on a chair then onto a shelf to turn handles. Near impossible for two elderly guests. Room was therefore stuffy to sleep in. Also long walk from reception to room.

I had breakfast in the morning, service was slow and when the breakfast arrived it was cold. We also were short a set of cutlery, I asked for it....and am still waiting

We booked a family room, it was clean spacious and well equipped. Really good value for money
