Small room and the bathroom wasn't the nicest. Water from the shower leaked out from under the glass protector all over the floor.

Booked online and requested fresh milk and cotbed in 1 of the rooms. During morning of check-in, we called to make sure cotbed was in one of the rooms and during check-in and they said it was. When we checked in, there wasnt one put in and also no fresh milk on arrival in any of the rooms During check in, reception didnt mention breakfast times only when asked

Check in was terrible. Waited 45 minutes. Only 2 staff checking in and 60 people in the queue. Really badly organised. Maybe stagger check in times? Room basic no ventilation

Breakfast was very good and I have a brilliant view over Picaddily Gardens. Room was nice a quiets even though the hotel seemed very busy. Perfect location to access Manchester and near Picadilly station and great food spots.

Room was run down, shower very old and there was a lot of marks and scuffs needs an update. The cover slightly came off the duvet and the duvet was very very old and falling apart and was also quite heavily stained. I didn’t explore any further as I didn’t want to know and it was only a night. Definitely needs the duvet replacing. Room was very cold all night and we could not work out if the heating was working or even possible to have on.

Pricey for a Sat night but all hotels about the same or more. Could have maybe got it cheaper via other sites. Staff could explain more when we first checked in We asked for a view of park got city view ..very minor sure we could have moved rooms

Extractor fan did not work It felt dusty, my allergies flared Badly signposted car park - i accidentally parked in the NCP car park before realising it was a different one. Floors were badly labelled, on a lot of them, you have no idea which floor you were on. Needs a lot of planing and rethink

Sink plug wouldn’t open so sink full of water. Shows leaked water all over the floor. (Very dangerous). We have stayed there many times and it was the biggest room I’ve stayed in. Room size fabulous. Beds comfy.

For the price the bathroom was very tired and on the verge of "grotty". Rooms need a refresh and bathrooms an overhaul - tiles painted over and peeling! I expected more for 4 star accommodation.

Staff very welcoming. Nice bar area. Welcome drink on arrival and a free drink at bar a very nice touch. Comfy bed.

We had to slam the hotel door as it was stuck. Needs servicing and fixing. Bathroom door creaked like a haunted house and wasn’t ideal for early mornings or in the middle of night when trying not to wake my wife

Natalie was helpful at front desk and made us feel welcome and that our stuff would be safe in storage while we waited for our room
