Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

During morning of check-in, we called to make sure cotbed was in one of the rooms and during check-in and they said it was. When we checked in, there wasnt one put in and also no fresh milk on arrival in any of the rooms During check in, reception didnt mention breakfast times only when asked

Breakfast was very good and I have a brilliant view over Picaddily Gardens. Room was nice a quiets even though the hotel seemed very busy. Perfect location to access Manchester and near Picadilly station and great food spots.

United KingdomRoom was run down, shower very old and there was a lot of marks and scuffs needs an update. The cover slightly came off the duvet and the duvet was very very old and falling apart and was also quite heavily stained. I didn’t explore any further as I didn’t want to know and it was only a night. Definitely needs the duvet replacing. Room was very cold all night and we could not work out if the heating was working or even possible to have on.

United KingdomFor the price the bathroom was very tired and on the verge of "grotty". Rooms need a refresh and bathrooms an overhaul - tiles painted over and peeling! I expected more for 4 star accommodation.
Staff very welcoming. Nice bar area. Welcome drink on arrival and a free drink at bar a very nice touch. Comfy bed.
