Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe hotel should consider having an all day breakfast in the menu so that if you wake up late, you can still order room service breakfast.
The bed was very cosy and comfortable, the room was clean with touches of luxury in the products that were made available for free. Food was awesome and room service was exceptional. Staff were quite nice and very helpful too...even with random requests like helping to thread a needle !!

United KingdomThe only thing I would say let’s it down would be value for money, when you are paying over £309 for a room for one night having breakfast included within that would make it far more value for money. I wouldn’t expect to pay over £300 for a room for one night and then need to pay an extra £47 for two people to eat breakfast in addition when it’s a buffet breakfast and self service

United KingdomBreakfast is £22.50. The restaurant closed before 9pm, no room service. The iron exploded and burnt my husband’s hand quite badly. I left a top behind and they charged to post it back to me.
Pretty gardens, lovely hotel, friendly staff, comfortable room, good food (when available). Reasonable bar prices. Thoughtful gift box of chocs in room for our anniversary. Very handy for Ascot. Excellent first aider and we were quickly moved to a better room with complimentary Prosecco when my husband burnt his hand when the faulty iron exploded!
