Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThere is no off street parking. There is parking on the road in front of the cottage.
The cottage very comfortable and clean. The host was great and very helpful regarding information about the area. We have stayed here in the past. This visit did not disappoint. There is not fridge in the room so the host permitted me to store my meds in her fridge, which was extremely kind of her. As for breakfast, it was very delicious. I highly recommend a stay.

Donna was such an attentive and friendly host.It is definitely the best place we have stayed at during our walk along James Herriot way. The only suggestion we would have is for the addition of a thicker blind or curtains at the window to block out the light in the morning. Unfortunately we were woken early by the early morning light.

The room and facilities were of a high standard. It looked freshly decorated, was spotlessly clean and the attention to detail was obvious. A warm welcome with a nice coffee, a comfortable bed, a nice shower. The views from the room overlooking the green in Reeth and the hills beyond are an extra bonus. Donna, the host, is friendly and provided good recommendations about the area as well as a good cooked breakfast.
