Quality furniture, fixtures and fittings. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds. Light, bright and airy house with large outside area. Two minutes walk to all the shops, restaurants etc., in Lymington High Street. Easy to communicate with owner who does ask for £100 damage deposit but mine was returned the same day we checked out. Free private parking. Not sure if it mentions this in the description but there are about 25 steps up to the property from the car park.

Personally I found it quite noisy as I am used to a quiet house but then we knew it was on the high street. However quiet at night so slept well. Not really a problem but steep steps up to the front by of the house a bit hard with cases but no problem if young and fit. Nice sitting out place with view over Solent. We found the electric gates a bit tricky but Brenda was wonderful and patient with us and the numbers to press.

A very cosy house/ apartment beautifully kitted out and huge box of biscuits and milk in fridge etc for our arrival. Heaters to warm us and comfy beds.

Great location with secure parking, very clean and well equipped. Owner had left milk, butter, dishwasher tablets, washing machine tablets, shower gel etc, a very helpful and thoughtful thing to do

As we are in our seventies, we found the outside stairs a bit of a challenge whilst carrying luggage but it would not stop us staying there again.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

The property was clean, spacious and well equipped for our party of four. The location is great for exploring the town of Lymington and there is lots to explore a short drive away. Having a private secure parking space is definitely a bonus.

Steep stairs to the apartment from the car park.

The location was right in the village of Lymington, so we had access to everything including the new Forest woodlands and open spaces.

Stairs. Worth it because of the above. Understanding this before we travelled, prompted us to pack our possessions in a number of smaller than usual bags, rather than airline style.

A delighted home from home with every conceivable accessory provided. Central to shops and restaurants and convenient to marinas and New Forest attractions. Secure parking included.

There is nothing to dislike.

A perfect location. An excellent host, everything you would need was in the house, and the chocolate biscuits, tea, coffee and milk is a lovely touch. Communication is excellent. I loved staying here and looking forward to our next visit.

Excellent easy communication with the owner who was very responsive. Very well equipped property in a good location with the added addition of a parking space. Very clean.

The outside steps are quite 'interesting' until you get used to them! They seem to be an awkward size (and our feet aren't exceptionally large!) but we kind of got used to them. Be careful carrying your bags up them until you get used to it.

The house was equipped exceptionally well, more than we had expected. A full size dishwasher, good size fridge and freezer and a washing machine. There are instruction booklets for all the equipment, just in case. There's loads of wardrobe and drawer space if you want to properly unpack. As it is on the High St there are places to eat that are only a very short walk and if you want to buy some provisions there is a good size M&S Food also very close by. We didn't need to go to a larger supermarket. It was great having secure parking off the road, at the bottom of the steps to the house. We also appreciated the provision of the New Forest parking disc which allowed us to park for free for a three hour period in various places and we made use of that in Lyndhurst. The WiFi was excellent while we were there.

There are quite a few steps up to the property so may not be great for some people.

Brilliant location right on the high street. Comfortable, great beds. Felt like a home from home rather than a holiday let. Had everything you needed for whatever length of time you stay. Was nice being able to sit outside also. Had its parking spot also so no need to worry about having to drive round to find somewhere.

The location was excellent, and the property was a home from home. Very comfortable beds. The equipment supplied was more than adequate and all the instructions were easy to understand. The advantage of the secure parking was an added bonus and overall the accommodation exceeded expectations.

Sleeping in the front bedroom was a bit noisy with the high street traffic. The shower could have been more powerful. Although comfortable, the furniture in the living room could have been a bit more modern. But I think I am being picky.

It was a great set up there was plenty of food left for you in the flat if you needed to get you started, and all the kitchen gadgets you would need for a long stay with their cleaning agents or food stuffs. A nice gesture were the box of chocolate biscuits, All towels soap and shampoo were provided and there was plenty of space for four if required in the flat, the patio area was large and got good use. It was a great location for walks or driving to a lot of local beaches.

I was happy with the decor in the lounge area. But I'm a bloke so what do i know?

Brilliant! We’ve never been to a property where everything is provided for and this was it. There was even milk, teabags and biscuits to enjoy on our arrival which were very welcoming. It was all very clean and tidy and the secure parking space was very useful. The decor in the living room wasn’t completely to my wife's taste but everything else was perfect.
