Unique place to stay during WHW trip. The staff were very helpful, welcoming and the food was absolutely first class. Really nice area upstairs to relax and have a fantastic meal. Don’t forget to call from the Inversnaid hotel bar and the guys from the bunkhouse will pick you up straight away and save you a tough walk up the hill; probably my top tip for anyone staying at this Bunkhouse. 100% stay at the bunkhouse instead of hotel if they have space.

Nothing. Bedroom was basic hostel type but fine for the night. Lovely atmosphere in the communal area.

The restaurant was lovely serving good food. Was nice to get a pick up and drop off. Staff were very pleasant.

I didn't like the climb up! But having said that, it was well worth it :)

This is a real little gem. Very quirky but they have thought about everything a walker needs. Comfy bed, warm room, tasty food. Really nice ambience in the dining room and staff were really pleasant.

Excellent service when we were delayed by a friend's injury. Made sure there was a meal saved for us and that we had a lift up from the Hotel to the Bunkhouse. Food very good,

The bunkhouse room was small with very little space to move around with 2 people in it.

The staff were brilliant and really helped when we were exhausted from a long day's walking on the West Highland Way. Nothing was too much trouble, The food was lovely.

My mattress wasn't very comfortable, I could feel the springs and the metal frame along the edge (room 1, I think). Please chuck it out. That said, I was so tired, I slept well :-)

Fantastic staff, all incredibly friendly. The food is a reason to visit in itself. Exceptional. The WiFi worked perfectly and lovely hot, strong showers.

Bunk beds were very low, mixed showers, but when busy, the shower water overflows into the rest of the flooring.

The staff went out of their way to help, Peter even came down in the mini bus and picked 5 of us up from Imversnaid hotel to take us to the lodge, which is approximately 25 minutes up hill. Their quality of food was outstanding 👌

Remember this is a bunkhouse - bedrooms are basic, facilities separate. That said - its an absolute gem along the West Highland Way. Food was brilliant, staff are exceptional - & the car pick up from the bottom of the hill was an unexpected God send.

    Nothing!

Absolutely LOVED this place! What a special wee gem of a place. From the moment Ross picked us up in the courtesy car to the moment Will checked us in and throughout, they couldn't have tried harder to make your stay feel special. From recommendations on the beers to general chat. When walking the WHW you can feel like a sausage in a sausage factory with each place just cranking the handle, but not here. And the bistro food was superb- such an unexpected surprise for budget accommodation.

Breakfast as an add on was quite expensive, but you know, not any supermarkets nearby so fill ya boots to get value for money.

Great stop while walking the WHW. It is at the top of the hill but they were kind enough to pick me up from the bottom by the hotel which was so good after a long day of walking. Room was spacious and comfortable, bathroom was clean. The staff were exceptional.

The shared bathroom was very small. The person with whom we shared the bathroom was vaping outside and all the smells were coming into our room.

All staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The view from our room was wonderful; best of the holiday. The Bistro was amazing ; such a lovely setting and excellent food and service. This definitely surpassed our expectations.
