Wrong address was provided via booking.com and wrong pin too. Kettle in the house also didn't work but luckily the house had a stove to boil water for teas and coffee. And check out time could have been by 12:00 instead of 10:00 as offered by many facilities

The bathroom was quite small, and the water needed to be heated before one could shower. The water radiator was difficult to figure out to heat the room (this could be our fault).

The owner was very nice and helped us with all our questions. The shared spaces were clean and comfortable. There was access to kitchen appliances and dishes. The beds were very comfortable and the headboard was very luxurious. There was an info packet provided with useful information. There was nice tea and coffee provided with a multiple options for seating. There is a washing machine and clothes lines. Plenty of free parking spots and parking along the street.

Hard to operate doorlock. Small bathroom. One is ensuite hard to share. Rather have the large dining table in the sun room.

The property was clean and comfortable, location is fine if you like walking a lot and you are sharing a house with other individuals in which we have no problem with as everyone was quite thorough out there stay and respected each others privacy

The only thing we didn’t like was our double bed. I am not sure it was the problem of the mattress or the bed. When one of us moved, it was like the whole bed/mattress moved as well.It was very uncomfortable .

Since it was a house, we had enough space to sit together to eat and chat. It was indeed a good place to relax.

There weren’t any tea towels to dry dishes. A bath mat wasn’t supplied for the ensuite and no where to hang towels in ensuite and there wasn’t a mirror in the ensuite or bedroom.

When entering the property there was a strong smell of air freshener, then the smell of sewage revealed itself which was coming from the ensuite and lingered heavily throughout the bedroom for the duration. The toilet wasn't flushing very well, an indication of the underlying plumbing issues there. Until the plumbing is fixed, no amount of air freshener can resolve this and the room shouldn't be used.

Good location, easy to access, free parking and a well functioning kitchen were all appreciated.

Airbnb without soul, no decoration, only the minimum. They just wanted cash! Only 1 bathroom with WC for 3 rooms (we were 7 adults !). Shower: lukewarm and without any water pressure. No sound insulation. Bed uncomfortable

The host didn’t provide checkin instructions even after I requested that by email the previous day, so when we arrived at the front door I had to call for the instructions. The location is not “central” as advertised. It’s a purely residential neighborhood, at least 20 minutes walk to restaurants and shops. The room is pretty small and the bathroom is tiny. The exterior of the house is poorly maintained.

The room was ok. It was nice to have to use of the kitchen.

Front of the property needs tidying up Ad suggests kettle in each room which ours did not have. Not all power points were working in the room. Overpriced

Very bad communication with the landlord from beginning to the end. We were not at home and our son could not get access to his room as he had been locked from outside. He had to ask for help at the nearest neighbour. Even the neighbour could not get the landlord by phone. And when after a day,we met the landlord,she told us that the number which she gave us officially on booking.com was the mobile number of her son!!!! Finally,we ourselves managed to find a double key in a locker.

Property was shabby externally but well appointed inside. Was not made aware of what ‘shared house’ meant. Had a room with an en suite bathroom, as opposed to sharing a bathroom with two other bedrooms, but the en-suite was tiny with very small handwashing sink. The door to the en-suite had a sliding door which was hanging loose (I fixed it!) Power outlets in the room were not live! The price, which indicated a ‘quality’ service was supposed to include a tumble dryer. We chose this as we had been travelling for a week with two more weeks ahead, so that we could wash and dry clothes before continuing our holiday. However there was no tumble dryer but the host did provide a clothes airer. Very disappointed!
