Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Fantastic guest house a stone's throw from Inverness city centre. I walked from the Railway Station and it took me a little over 10 minutes. Friendly, welcoming, helpful. Quiet location, comfortable bed, very, very clean room and ensuite. Good quality furnishings. The place really feels like the owners care. Breakfast was given to me to keep in my room the night before, as I was going to be leaving too early for normal breakfast. This was so helpful. I'd definitely come back.

It is an awesome place to stay. Everything was spot on. 👌 It in the walking distance from the train station in the charming district. Hous looks very nice - with the common room and breakfast room comfortable design and nice rooms. Room itself very comfortable for 3 people. Every bed has its own light and charging stations. There is space to put your bags. Bathroom spotless clean and with all you need /place to put your things and all toiletries/. Beds very comfortable and linens ironed. The lovely couple of owners are very helpful and they makes you so welcomed. Starting with tips where to eat or go for a visit, through possibility to leave our bagpacks, up to the amaizing lunch bag waiting in the morning for one of us who was leaving earlier. By the way - breakfast was so good!!! Choice of cereals, jams, bevareages and cooked options - delicious! Overall, we had very pleasant stay, only regret is not staying longer :)

The house is in a nice area, and a short walk into town. We only spent one night here, but if we were to return to Inverness we would seek this place out for a longer stay. Very nice!

They ask you to fill in a form and tell them what you'd like to have from the previous night so that they can prepare it for you in the morning and have a freshly cooked breakfast before you set off!
