Tent collapsed and leaked on first night, we where given an upgrade and staff were very helpfull.

The toaster was shocking and not the closest site to the grounds was still quite a hike on uneven grounds.

The tent was already there and the airbeds were good quality. Toilets and showers were in a good location and kept clean.

Blow up beds (Narrow) for a wide fella. Sparse tent, no lights (but was power lockers) - need a padlock. Need additional heat (take a sleeping bag) And all camping utensils

Amazing location - short walk to the track. No packing up, great staff and good facilities Every time we had a need (cutlery, power adapter, directions, advice) the staff were amazing!

The beds werent the comfiest, but thats down to us being a bit under-prepared.

Enjoyed a great stay at the intentsGP site at Silverstone. Staff were brilliant throughout our 4 days stay, it was an easy place ot find and the booking in process was nice and easy on arrival, we even got a free beer to kick start our stay too. Nice touch! The site is in a very good location for the track, took us just 15 mins to walk and you are at the entrance by the Copse tunnel. The site was nice, toilet and shower block just a mins walk away. Free tea, coffee, toast and cereal and a great bacon butty in the morning for just £5. Overall a great stay and we will definitely be back.

The toilets were not clean and smelled. The showers were too far away from our tent which was a problem for me . The food was good and very well priced .

Tent was as you would expect, nice and clean. Air mattress was comfy. The staff were very kind. Charging points were very slow but that is expected. It was a great experience and as a solo female traveller I felt safe the whole time.

It cost a lot of money. The weekend before we were told it would cost more to have bedding included, plus the breakfast included was poor. If the race hadn’t been so great this would have been an appalling experience. A bit of greed has got in the way of offering a good service.

Being misled that breakfast was free except for the actual cooked breakfast wasn't. Free cereal or toast juice ,coffee , tea, and yoghurt , another toaster would have been handy . Lots of others also disappointed with this too , a partial refund would be appreciated to compensate.

Really muddy if it’s raining. The tent can be really far from the commodities (10min walk to the showers) Need to pay for the salty breakfast £12 or £7

Breakfast included was only toast or cereal and we had to pay £7.50 for a mug to have tea with breakfast and pay extra for any hot breakfast items, for what we paid I find this disappointing, this should have been communicated or at least specified under the breakfast option on the booking screen. Also no WiFi available.

Standard of inflatable mattresses. Cleanliness of the dining tent. Standard of breakfast.

Breakfast was pretty poor considering it was supposed to be continental. No fruit, cold meats, yoghurts, pastries et. Staff were however very friendly.

The porch on our tent leaked, no cups available for coffee and the bacon sandwich we had was slapped together, only butter one side and not cut in half…that said it tasted great!
