The room wasn't what I expected for the price, bad layout a few changes could have made it much better. Ie the table and 2 chairs is wasted it needs a desk with mirror for ladies to do hair and make up. Bathroom should be a separate room not all open didn't like that

Could be more hooks in the bathroom! Plus nowhere around the sink to leave toiletries, you have to your things in the drawers underneath the sink, minor irritant.

The rooms are extremely clean, beds really comfortable. All the staff were polite, professional and very helpful. The location is perfect, 5 minutes walk from the dock area. I also ate in the hotel, the food was delicious. The only negative which is minor is, the rooms are very minimalist, look wonderful but there is only one hook to hang anything on in the bathroom and nowhere around the sink to place your toiletries, you have to use the drawers under the sink. This was just a bit of an irritant, it would not put me off staying at the hotel, I would definitely recommend it to others and would definitely choose to stay there again when visiting Liverpool.

We were greeted by the team in a very friendly manner & it was obvious throughout the stay that they would go that extra mile if anything was required. Definitely will be going back to stay. The room was big modern & had everything u needed. I loved the handheld steamer for the clothes, a nice touch!! Gr8 location for everything! The sky bar & the views were amazing.

Didn’t ruin our stay and would definitely return but there was quite a bit of dust which is probably due to the air con vent in bedroom needing a good clean as it was very dusty and fluffy. Room 710.

The room was beautiful, staff were very friendly especially the lady on reception who couldn’t do more for us and was so helpful, everything you could need was provided, we only had room service but all the food we had was delicious.

I’m afraid I was very disappointed that your staff allowed my companion to book in before me. You only had my name and details and yet you allowed her free access to the room booked for me. I understand that she paid for the room at the time, again without my knowledge or consent, however no one considered that she might have been an abusing partner or stalker with knowledge of my movements and stay and may not have been as legitimate an individual as she appeared. I do think you should consider your guests’ safety and security as paramount.

Avoid Gino’s, the food was poor, but the staff were amazing.

Sky Bar is worth a visit, cocktails are fabulous. Staff were fab and the breakfast was delicious.

Amazing views, very spacious and comfortable. The Sky bar was perfect for evening meal and cocktails. We had the added extra of watching the Queen Anne cruise ship arrive!

The effort they went to capture Avas excitement for the Taylor Swift Concert....the decor around the hotel for the kids to create a buzz .... Then waking up there Fathers Day to a free cookbook and round of drinks .....but even without that - it's our fave hotel in Liverpool and its been excellent each time we have stayed . Yes it's more expensive than most - but it's worth it . We would never stay anywhere else .

The staff were very friendly and helpful on arrival and there was a small problem but this was not their fault. However, in order to rectify the situation they gave us a room upgrade and advised us what to do to check the booking was correct with Booking.com Breakfast was lovely, room was clean and very spacious. Nice and quiet at night and a great view of the River which we requested.

Gino’s restaurant being on ground floor effectively in the lobby. Music too loud. Too bright and not at all intimate. Should be on higher floor with view.

The lift was a bit annoying as it didn’t always work with the card. The room was lovely but a few questionable stains on the walls? Breakfast very expensive for what it was!!

Not much in the rooms. No toiletries such as shower cap, cotton buds etc. only soap, shampoo and shower gel. No biscuits. Basic for what we paid
