The room was a small with minimum facilities, however I accept that this was what I had booked and couldn’t have expected a penthouse room.

The property is ideally located and the staff were amazing. Very understanding to my early departure. The food in the restaurant/ bar was second to none. Parking seemed secure and easy to access car park

The only things what disappointed us was first of all was that the bathroom smelt mouldy . There where no prices on the menus in the room . Also I didn’t see an hair dryer .

My bathroom was a bit odd and felt a bit like student accommodation. It smelt musty and the windows couldn’t be reached. It had dirty old carpet down steps. It wasn’t the best but did the job I guess.

Really friendly staff and a lovely place to stay. Housekeeping were great and the room was made up really nicely each day

Everything closes at 10pm so no opportunity to get a drink after arrival following a long journey.

Good location with free parking which is unusual in Brighton.

Breakfast - very limited choice . Slow service as food prepared to order. No self service cereals/yogurts/ fruit whilst waiting for cooked breakfast. Only bread available was sourdough which each morning we all found hard to eat as it was very tough.

The staff were excellent Evening meal with excellent service Very comfortable and clean accommodation.

The bathroom was mouldy and the hot water was luke warm at most

Checked in early, although we weren't able to go into our room as it hadn't been cleaned we were able to get our key.

Toilet didn't have a toilet brush and the exhaust fan was not working. The TV was not working and WiFi didn't connect to the guest WiFi

Staff were kind and friendly. For the price it was good. Bed was comfortable with clean sheets and bathroom was stocked with clean towels. Ample parking space available and is monitored. Buses available a few paces from the hotel into the town centre and various attractions.

Constant noise in room, could have been extraction fan / air con unit or something not in the actual room itself.

Bed was ok, but not hugely comfortable. Pillows were small and again, not comfortable. Lots of steps up and down even within the room which normally would not bother me, but I had a broken toe and it made it tricky(not a complaint as I didn’t mention to anyone, just for anyone who finds steps difficult, be prepared for steps). Room could do with a kick of paint and updating, but generally ok and value for money

Convenient location. Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking. Room was light and bright. Basic, but functional. Room was pretty clean.

The restaurant &bar staff both for breakfast & dinner were exceptionally helpful. Housekeeping staff were also very thorough & friendly. Great breakfast- very generous portions & perfect location for bus service into Brighton/Gatwick airport & A27.

The breakfast was OK but it would have been nice to have had the choice of fruit or cereal for breakfast instead of a cooked one or even toast and jam.

The location was excellent, not too far from a bus route or amenities.

Two of the main breakfast options from the menu were not available. The bedside table in the bedroom was a little shabby and broken. Toilet paper of extremely cheap quality.

The breakfast I did get was very good. Bedroom generally very nice with plenty of power points and USB ports. Toiletries good quality with pleasant scent. Very friendly and polite staff.

The family room which we booked but not necessarily a family with but a friend. The air conditioning unit keep clicking all night. We had no cups for next morning brew left in the room for us.
