It was too noisy, I could hear my neighbors upstairs walking around and making noises, although I asked for a quiet room Toilet was really small I could barely fit in the shower and I'm not a big person.

The mattress was very uncomfortable, causing us back pain after just one night's sleep. Please change the mattresses as soon as possible. Despite this issue, we loved the place and location and would definitely come back!

Constant reminders to fill in a pre arrival form despite having already done it twice. Very annoying and worrying as it stated we wouldn't get a check in code if it wasn't filled in. Keypad on outer door very awkward to use and took at least a dozen tries. Bed not very comfortable and needs replacing.

I had some issues with the tv in my room with it not being connected to any channels and when I tried to scan for channels it wasn’t working. I also kept losing wifi and there wasn’t much service in my room

We met no member of staff at all, the place was completely automated. Not even at reception or check in, or even check out, no one. It made me a bit uncomfortable as I could put a face to the establishment and if there was an issue that needed solving, the only option was online and that did not fill me with confidence.

Good place to rest and relax after a heavy day of sightseeing, even though it was supposed to be in a very lively and noisy part of town, we had no issue with noise at all. Moreover, the room was well stocked with complimentary tea and coffee, which is a good bonus.

They only left us about a tiny amount of toilet roll for our stay and we had to go out and buy our own roll as there were no more in the room.

The room was uncomfortably hot. The floors were quite loud, especially from above and you could hear people talking in them. The bed was obviously well used memory foam as there was a big dent from all the previous occupants. The chair was broken, which took two days to fix.

Really well situated, functional and pleasant. Perfectly fine, given the price. Nothing exceptional. Would have liked to make use of the podcast room, but not this time.

Only thing was other residents slamming front door and being noisy as our room was directly next to front door. I understand people arriving at different times and other residents had no consideration. Not owners thought though.

Whole stay was enjoyable, my only negative comment was the mattress (room 9) could do with upgrading. It was a bit uncomfortable. Probably OK for a one night stay but I was there for three nights and my back ached after the 3rd night. Other than that the hotel and rooms are excellent. This would not put me off booking again.

Location of hotel was perfect and a short walk from bars, restaurants and Brighton Pier. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean - cannot fault this. Checking in is simple with a key code given to you before you arrive. An excellent place to stay. Would have no hesitation in booking this again.

Room had been sectioned off from another room so felt a bit boxed in. TV was high up on the wall so had a bit of a neck ache from watching it.

The location very central, close to town centre and kemptown cafes, reataurants and supermarkets, and very near the sea. The room was sunny, had a balcony, streaming on the TV, good shower and a mini fridge. I couldn't stay there for a holiday but good for a one or two night stay.

You could hear the people outside.

For a hotel in Brighton this was a great experience. Easy access with codes, great explanation how to get in and the rooms had enough space. I would definitely stay here again.
