Not much...quaint cosy

Everyone was incredible and hospitality was wonderful. They pulled out all the stops especially as I am a vegan. Ever so grateful for the kindness shown to my 97 year old friend.

Vegetarian breakfast was delicious, except the hash brown was just too greasy.

Location was peaceful. Beautiful surroundings. The beds were extremely comfy.

Everything was very good. Room was large with beautiful views and comfy beds. The full english breakfasts were excellent wirh multiple choice. John and Sue were lovely hosts and looked after us very well.

Sue and John were very friendly and easy to talk to. They meet us on arrival and ensured we had what we needed. Breakfast was lovely and really set us up for the day. The room was clean and just what we needed for our one night stay.

John and Sue were so kind. Their farm and B&B is beautiful. Our infant and we slept great in our quiet suite. Being served a delicious English breakfast in a 1700's dining room will be a special memory for years to come. A very brief and easy drive to downtown Stratford-upon-Avon.

The hosts, John and Sue, were very friendly and helpful. Location was central to places that we wanted to visit. Room was comfortable, had all expected amenities. Lovely countryside and views abound. Highly recommended to all. We look forward to staying here again.

The B&B is a little far to walk from the main city, so you do need a car. Other than that it's great!

The hosts were very friendly. The room was nice and comfortable. The breakfast was a very nice "full English breakfast" and tasted delicious. The surrounding area is nice as well.

Warm welcome from Sue and John. This is our 3rd stay, for a visit to the RSC. Feels like home, comfortable room, great night‘s sleep and a delicious and lovingly prepared cooked breakfast.

No sockets by beds to charge phones, not a big issue but if you want your phone by you as an alarm it would be better to plug it in.

the room was clean ,comfortable, and roomy. Breakfast was excellent, host were friendly and welcoming, the location was easy to find thanks to the large sign at the road end of the driveway, parking was easy and right next to the building, very quiet location as well.

Ovely rural setting . Our hosts were welcoming and helpful. Room large and comfortable. Tea and coffee making facilities included a range of teas plus coffee, including decaf. Breakfast included range of choices . We had a full English which was very tasty and good sized portions. Our sole use bathroom was along the landing and bathrobes were provided. Recommend and will stay again.

Ingon Bank Farm felt very much like a home away from home. The hosts provided me with a delicious vegan fry up and also bought soya milk to accommodate my dietary requirements. The cereal selection, fresh fruit, jams, juices, and tea/coffee were also fantastic. My partner and stepson enjoyed their full English breakfasts very much too.

Quiet and in the countryside, yet close to Stratford town centre. Attractive house and garden with beautiful views. Rooms comfortable, well equipped and clean. Hosts John and Sue friendly. Full English breakfast delicious.

For us, the beds were too firm. Nothing else was an issue.
