You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United KingdomCould have been cleaner, shower was mouldy but we cleaned that ourselves. Hoover and mop and other cleaning products were available. We were happy to do this. This was the ground floor apartment, I wouldn't be put off by other negative reviews.

United KingdomWhen I arrived I noticed the blinds were broken and there was a big black mark on the wall hidden by a coffee table. This didn't concern me however I made a conscious effort not to touch the blinds as I could see they were broken. When I left the apartment I got a message from staff advising me they would not be returning my £150 deposit because of the broken blinds. I'm really disappointed to be accused of breaking them when they were broken on arrival. The blinds were so obviously broken on my arrival so I don't believe they didn't know they were broken so I can only conclude that they are trying to rip me off! It is a real shame as I really enjoyed my stay and was hoping to stay at the apartment again but I'll never return now!!
The apartment is in a good location. The beds were comfortable. There was good communication from staff.

The apartment was just what we needed and was decorated and furnished amazingly. Lovely shower, Beds and equipped kitchen.

United KingdomThat the ceiling in the bathroom was leaking cigarette tar when steamy, the whole apartment smells of stale cigarette smoke. The heating settings were not correct and got a generic response which we already were told in the booking instructions. Had to resolve by ourselves and spend time on the phone to numerous people to resolve and inform.
