Parking was expensive in the hotel car park, there is free parking a short walk from the hotel and a multi storey nearby but the whole of Paignton sea front area is full of double yellows and 1 hour street parking. Not the hotels fault and typical of busy seaside towns

Our room was close to the elevator so we could hear all noises and people chatting passing by. Maybe try to isolate it better.

Perfect location for a lovely holiday in Paignton. Just opposite the beach and pier with a beautiful sea view. Staff very warm and welcoming and the barman was always ready for any request. Room was clean and we had a very rich breakfast. We visited on the Airshow weekend, so it was really busy but with a great atmosphere.

The manager was brilliant on the night helping me with an off street car parking space for my car that is £100,000 + and a worry to leave on street parking anywhere

Breakfast was self service and a bit challenging finding my way around the serving area but assisted by staff who knew where everything was but it was not hot for very long

The parking isn’t the greatest at all. £15 a day but it’s not guaranteed you will find a space. It is very small and is based on a first come first come basis.

Loved the seafront room. Really made our occasion more enjoyable and has a beautiful view. We could see the hotel from our boat trip with Torquay Watersports. Our room service was great with regular cleaning and new towels for us to use. The breakfast service was great, the kind gentleman who was at the bar on Thursday was very polite and made us feel welcome. The staff at reception were also helpful. One of the gentlemen (had glasses on) helped us with locations and what to do during our stay knowing it was our first time in Devon. We do hope to return when visiting Paignton again.

Door to the room did not click shut properly consequently if you didn’t forcible pull it shut it did not lock. On one occasion the door was not closed properly following a room service visit and when we returned the door was slightly open.

Parking is limited, however can park in external car park at rear, at a cheaper rate, just need to renew parking ticket each day. Food menu is rather limited, although good quality!

BREAKFAST was very muddled. The restaurant did not flow, staff not in uniforn as such just t-shirts and trousers or jeans. Difficult to define them from the general public. I witnessed some areas of hygiene ???? With a little bit of knowledge, they could be avoided, I'm sure. We were also not told about the £15 anight car parking charge at the hotel until arrival.

Not enough spaces in the car park, so I wasn’t able to park on site. Out of the five pieces of cardio equipment in the gym, two weren’t working (Cross Trainer and one Running Machine).

We went for dinner after a busy day, I was told to watch the table in the corner and once they had their desserts , I could go back to counter and order food. Simply preposterous. Another couple came down after us, similar experience , but offered a free drink. After a busy day, we had to find a fast food joint for pizza and chicken wings in room. Ruined our stay.

Being picky.... the pillows were too soft, lack of a mirror that the hairdryer could be used with, maybe whete the chair is?

Close to the sea front and amenities. The room was a good size with a comfy bed, tea making facilities (no biscuits), iron and iron board, and hairdryer. Lacked a bit of colour, the photos had colourful cushions, but maybe they're in the premium rooms 🤔 staff were smiley and helpful.

Very few parking spaces, paid £15 a day to park but one day we couldn't park as totally full. We went to reception for a refund but it was like the Marie Celeste. Unfortunately we paid £30 for one night's parking

Breakfast good, room decent but another chair would be appreciated. TV a good size.
