Have stayed here before. Love the proximity to the airport and the price was worth it also! Will keep coming back to this Ibis when in London.

I didn’t realise parking was an additional cost. This wasn’t clear when I booked and detracted to the value for money aspect

It was just an overnight airport stay. Rooms were small but clean and tidy and what I expected. The restaurant was fair and the meal ok.

Bit remote, just a simple convenience store and petrol station nearby.

Fast and easy check in. Room is quite large but it's just outside Heathrow airport, so expected. There's a place just behind the hotel that has a nice curry!

Service person in the bar and grill area needs bit of hospitality training.

Convenient location and cleanliness of the property. Reception was amazing. Wish the one an only person serving in the dining area was but more courteous but I thought he was busy and was annoyed what he does.

The personnel at the desk. He wasn't in the ethic of "welcome" a guest. He didn't help to bring out the luggage from the door while the taxi was there waiting for me. No matter the equipment at the main entrance available to be used to help the guest. He didn't care about it. Really unprofessional.

I was confused about how to get a bus ticket to get to the hotel around 11pm so it was around 1am when I finally got into the hotel, and then when I got to the room it was dark and the light switch didn't work...room was pitch black. Then I went back down to the lobby and the helpful desk staffer came with me to the room and showed me how to slide the card into the card holder thing to get the light switch to work, but then these really bright LED night lights attached to the bedside lamps turned on and would not turn off unless I pulled my room key card out of the special holder. And also they were so bright that if I looked directly at them for too long, I would get a green streak in my vision for a couple minutes, like I get fro. The sun sometimes, so I feel like they're an eye safety hazard and could use a lampshade so that people don't burn their retinas by accident.

I liked the bathroom shower and soap, shampoo and windows and clean room, comfortable mattress, pillows, clean sheets, and the tea and coffee that came with the room. Also the sun shining through the windows and privacy on the 3rd floor.

Not much light in the room but for an airport hotel it is fine.

Location was great being a five minute bus ride from the airport. Buses go 24 hours. Lots of restaurants nearby and a good area overall.

Perfect if for the airport. Very clean. Very efficient. Courteous staff. A short journey of about 5-10 mins to the airport on public transport. Pick up and drop off outside hotel. Transport runs every few mins. Minimal cost.

Awful carpet in bedroom, pattern looked as if it was designed to disguise stains, which it didnt entirely achieve 🙄

The bed sheets barely fit on the bed. At night they would be completely off. Also, Housekeeping did a sloppy job of making the beds.
