The minimalist aspect of our room meant there wasn't a single hook anywhere - nowhere to hang our coats. The one chair was a stool and we used that to put extra clothes on. The breakfasts could have included more items. I am dairy intolerant. Ibis had soya and oat milk but only butter. Fortunately the young man in charge of the dining room found me some dairy-free margarine and remembered me throughout our stay. The only eggs were scrambled, so I assume they were made with milk. Could have done with a fried egg. Also no mushrooms. These are only minor niggles and overall the pluses exceeded the minuses.

Our room was clean, modern and in a quiet location. Wifi was good. Real hangers. Curtains did their job. Glad of the windowsill for storing things.

We were woken up to a leak in the ceiling dropping on all our belongings. We did inform the staff who didnt seem to know, it was dripping through a light that was flickering

They close the bar early 10 o’clock at night when people were still wanting to drink someplace they stay open till 1130 12 o’clock or even all night

Cooked breakfast was too cold mainly because the plates were not kept warm, this spoilt it as a cool cooked breakfast on cold plates is not good. The room decor needs improvement. Inadequate Car Park lighting.

Rooms were nice, comfy beds, great linen/pillows but cleanliness wasn't up to scratch. Dusty floor and sofa needed a good hoovering. Other than drinking and watching a muted tv, there was precious little to do in reception/lobby area.

Location, arrival, parking good, although payable..Breakfast at 7am felt like it been there too long already. Whilst not dirty per se, the room could have been cleaner.

While outside the hotel needs renovation, inside was airy and nice to look at. Working air conditioning was good. Staff were good.

spacious family room with a fully functional kitchen (fridge makes a massive difference) Pool was good but separate from the hotel so you have to go to another building and it would have helped having towels stocked in there. Walkable distance to the beach and local shops

The room had been recently refurbished to a fairly high standard with very efficient air conditioning, lovely towels and bedding.....but oh dear the bathroom is in dire need of an update no water pressure in the shower very old sink with a lose tap awful paintwork . Desperately needs a complete new bathroom The dining room has also been refurbished to a fairly high standard but unfortunately the cooked breakfast was poor and eggs & bacon cold

On arrival, the hotel had a modern clean appearance The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful The bar was very disappointing as there were only 2 draught beers/ ales available out of 6 The bar snacks were unavailable and we were informed there was nobody to make them !
