To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We also went down and asked about booking a table for the evening meal we were told "no need to book just come down after 5.30" which we did only to find that the whole place had been booked out until 8.30. We were going to the theatre so no good for us. Very disappointing.

United KingdomI had requested single beds which did not allow a choice of rooms. The room was small and the ensuite,whilst modern and very clean,was very cramped,hardly room to turn around. Sadly,for that reason,I would not recommend the room.

United KingdomMy companion found it difficult to use the full length mirror as it was only a matter of inches from the foot of the bed at an angle to it. There was nowhere to sit in the room other than on the beds. The bathroom was on the small side.
The location was perfect for our visit. Check-in was simple and the member of staff who received us was polite and friendly. The room was clean, bright and reasonably comfortable. Breakfast was good value
