Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomParking, although the hotel offer a discount for the multi storey across the road, the cost is still extremely high. We parked at 9pm Friday night and left at 11am Sunday, and with the discount it was still £32!!!! Also, one of two lifts wasn't out of order, which was shocking when you had to share a lift with cleaning stuff as only 2 other people at a push could get in the lift with them

United KingdomRoom was clean but quite old,only 2 plugs that were not very conveniently placed. Show extractor didn’t work,room was incredibly hot and despite trying to use the air con couldn’t really cool it without opening the window.
Location was perfect and close to what we needed. The reception and staff were lovely and welcoming. Hotel was very quiet considering nearly all the rooms were booked,you’d never know!

United KingdomOne of the lifts was out of order, and a member of staff jumped in leaving us no room. The wait was lengthy so we ended up carrying the bags up 4 flights of stairs.
Comfortable, clean, and great location. Multistory car park directly opposite for about £15 overnight. I usually avoid chain hotels, but this was great, really good value. The shower was excellent, too.

United KingdomA few minor issues with the room. The sink hadn’t been properly cleaned, where you could see remnants of spit marks from previous guests which was shown up by the light and the mirror. There was a hole in the duvet my daughter used, scuff marks on the wall by the door of the bathroom and I’m not sure if it was the water or the kettle, but there was a strange taste whenever I made tea.
As always, it’s ideal for the reason we are in Nottingham and we’ve stayed multiple times now
