Staff at Reception could have been more engaging. A hand towel in the room would have been useful, we only had 2 bath towels. A shelf in the bathroom would have been helpful plus an extra chair. Lots of empty glasses and rubbish outside, Staff should be more aware especially when they appeared to be doing nothing.

Room was a rather tired and needed an uplift. The shouting workmen on the new building next door at 7am on a Saturday! - right next to my room up on the 2nd floor as they were working at that height. No respect for adjacent hotel guests. Not however the fault of IBIS plus I did have my window open for fresh air.

Staff were efficient and polite. My bathroom was fairly new, clean and a good size. I just thought the bathroom needed a shelf for my wash bag. The room was rather small but ample for a solo traveller. Plenty of storage and desk surface within the main room. Parking on site was available all through my weekend stay and good value at £10/day as a resident of the hotel.

My only complaint was the room was a bit on the small side with no proper storage for our luggage. If the bed legs had been a bit higher we could have shoved our luggage underneath.

The room was clean, modern and very well laid-out with everything you needed. It was just across the road from Albert Dock and had a car park. Although on a main road, it was very quiet. Would definitely stay here again.

Ordered a room with two beds which turned out to be one double bed and a pull up couch. We didn’t inform the staff as we made it worked but it would have been nice to have a proper bed.

The property is opposite the docks and right next to Liverpool One shopping centre. There’s a bus terminal close by making travelling within the city very easy. Breakfast is good and I liked that there were multiple non dairy milk options. Even though our room was overlooking the main road we didn’t hear any traffic.

Pillows weren't very soft. Wardrobe space very limited. No spoons to stir tea/coffee. We had two of the (stick) stirrers when we arrived but they weren't replaced when they'd been used so we had nothing to stir our drinks with. Teabag was then too hot to remove by hand. Breakfast, we thought, was pricey at £12 per person so we didn't have this.

Room size and bedding being white it was abit plain and with being girls out makeup did show up on the bed but that’s understandable, I felt room service should of been included in the price

It was comfortable and clean but down fall was we was right down the end and the room wasn’t big enough really for us.
