TV was a little bit temperamental. No restaurant at the hotel itself, but you could go to adjoining place and get 25% discount.

The shower can get very slippery, so you'll need to take care with a towel on the floor. The air conditioning is a bit confusing as there seems to only be a fan. The housekeeper didn't knock before entering when we were still asleep and had more than a couple of hours prior to check out. The bathroom lights are a bit dark but the mirror light is bright enough.

The bed was very comfortable. Has the facilities you would require for a short stay. Location is central to everything you'll need. 15mins away from o2.

One member of staff initially wasn’t very friendly or helpful (can’t remember her name) and she didn’t treat other staff nicely. Cleaning was a bit hit and miss. Often little things like towel replacement, tea and coffee supplies etc. were often missed. Internet was extremely poor!

This property is ideally situated and in close walking proximity to all the sights, tube and train stations and the pier.

Bathroom had very poor lighting only illuminated by mirror light. Toilet behind door with poor acces, unable to sit straight on the seat.

Breakfast was not good, full English was OK at best, luke warm and minimal. No gluten-free options other than bread and meats. I paid £220 for a double room with breakfast which I think was top dollar considering. Bathroom was very dark (only light was from the bathroom mirror) but was clean. No mirror in bedroom and light above bed didn't work.

Everything was great. A bit of a nuisance that we couldn't pay in cash, but there you go. The tea bags were not the best and there could have been more milk and sugar supplies in the room.

I ate dinner as well as breakfast in the hotel restaurant and the service was ordinary at best. My orders were so slow - forgotten in one instance and the time between ordering was way too long. The breakfast selection was very average, the hot breakfast was luke-warm when it finally arrived and I had to pay for my coffee.

England is expensive - London is very expensive - even on the fringe of London (Greenwich) still rather pricy for what one gets. I guess the curse of modern international cities. No stationery in room.

Limited parking space and Croom Hills street where we drove from, are very challenging with parked car on one side. the power socket are far from bed head and there is only one tiny bin in the toilet. Thick dust under the bed.

The location of the hotel is very clsoe to the supermarket and Greenwich pier. My partner travelled with a walking cane and we got an accesible room, very spacious.

Advised hotel beforehand that I would be travelling with my bike. On arrival was told that no bikes were allowed. Even after showing the email from ibis confirming that they were aware I was bringing a bike, I was told that there would be a £15 charge for the bike. When I explained that I had not been told this when I booked, I was allowed to bring the bike to the hotel, but I was not allowed to keep the bike in my room as I had thought. It had to be kept overnight in a store room which was a bit worrying as I was cycling from London to Paris the following day and wanted to do a last minute check that the bike was in full working order beforehand.

VERY Small room. My wife thought the beds were too soft. The shower is dangerous! The floor is VERY SLIPPERY!! We put the hand towel in the bottom of the shower so we would not slip and fall. No fan in the room. No way to get the wall mounted heater to just run the fan and move some air. We had to sleep with the window open.

Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They got our room TV back in operation.
