The price is quite high for one night

No complaints. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable, so we were able to get a good night's sleep. Since that was what we wanted, there was nothing to complain about.

Check in was simple. The premises were clean and comfortable. We were just on an overnight stay for an early flight. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Maria, who went out of her way to help us sort out the vending machines. She had a smile and a friendly greeting for everyone. Whilst we didn't have a meal, everything that we saw coming out of the kitchen looked delicious and the prices were reasonable.

One side of the bed was against the wall so had to crawl to end to get out. Room was very small which was an issue as I had to re-pack my luggage. Only one chair, not all the channels were working on the TV

It was close to the airport for an early flight. We had booked assistance for the flight and the hotel staff were able to contact them to let them know when to expect us. Breakfast had good selection

No side table with the bed, perhaps there couldve been a bath in the the bathroom instead of just a walk in shower

Close to the airport, a spacious room and friendly staff, I also liked the 15 percent off getting a meal at the holiday inn.

Nothing really for the price, it is a budget no-thrills hotel as advertised but the room and bed were very clean and comfortable and no noise in my room from the airport. Don't walk there from Terminal 1 using Google Maps though, use the Skywalk as advised in the email from the hotel!

Booked last minute due to flight issues. Was pleasantly surpised by the cleansiness, comfort and how quiet the room was. Also had a very good blind on the window so slept really well after a long day's travelling.

It’s an airport hotel, nothing more and nothing less. Restaurant across the street was nice.

Not much in the room. No hairdryer and you only got body wash. No shampoo or conditioner.

It was clean and modern, what we expected for a budget hotel. The bed was bigger than expected and very comfortable Hanging space, phone charger above bed, adequate shelving. Breakfast options especially discount at Holiday Inn across the road.

Lack of an available hairdryer. If they don't want to put one in every room due to cost could have a few available at reception for a refundable deposit.

I have stayed here several times and the standard has always been the same. Staff friendly and welcoming and room clean and tidy.

Hotels want guests to reuse towels, but most of the time there is just 1 hook for 3 or more towels. So the towels don't dry out, as they're all bunched up on 1 hook. Need more hooks in the bathrooms.

The wait to check in was a little long as several people all appeared at once. The staff were quite slow to check people in despite the queue and it took a while for a second member of staff to come to the desk to help.

Does the job of an airport hotel perfectly and is the most affordable option so close to the airport. Just a short walk to all terminals and the rooms are basic, but modern, clean and comfortable.

Tiny room, bed was not comfy, no ironing board available (had to go to lobby, then bring it back) .
