We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe walk from Terminal 1 took longer than expected and none of the moving walkways were working. The skylink leaked (it was raining) so it is not a good welcome to the UK. The room was a bit cramped and lacked somewhere to place one's suitcase. It was adequate with a comfortable bed, though.
The staff were lovely and couldn't have been more helpful. There was a good choice at breakfast.

United KingdomI wish I could have mirrored my phone's Netflix to the tv, but I couldn't find it. I could have asked reception, but it didn't seem worth the hassle considering I should have gone to sleep earlier.
This is a small room, but as someone who needed a bed next to the airport for a flight early the next morning it was perfect. The continental breakfast had plenty of options and was good. I would definitely stay here again for the same purpose.

The location was brilliant, the hotel was nice and new and clean. I was surprised that they served hot food and enjoyed a delicious pizza in the evening before heading to bed before my very early flight.

United KingdomIt looks from the station easy to walk to BUT it is not. Traveling with 2 suitcases the roads to cross and the paths are narrow, had to walk contraflow to the traffic, quite scary. Entrance is not visible or signposted, it was pure luck that I headed for the holiday inn (had to go through their entrance to locate the ibis reception)

United KingdomThe room was on the 7th floor. It was beyond hot in the hotel. The room was the smallest room I have ever stayed in. We hadn't the room to open our suitcase due to the size of the space. We paid £99 despite our arriving at 215am and leaving after roughly 8 hours, at 1030am. The room was below par and MASSIVELY overpriced. Won't book there again.
