We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

JamaicaI didn't enjoy breakfast but that might have been my fault since I decided to have eggs.
The service staff is friendly, location of the hotel is great whether you take the airport shuttle or public transport. The room was clean and comfortable but don't expect anything spectacular, it meets your basic needs. I would visit again if I needed to be in that area, but I wouldn't choose eggs for breakfast next time.

AustraliaOur rooms were ready but we still had to wait till 3 to drop our bags at our room ... I find it annoying but we didn't even get back to the hotel till like 10:30 pm .. I spent maybe 5 hours in total in the hotel.
The place was super clean. There was an early bag drop off in a storage space.

United KingdomOut of the control of the staff, one elevator was broken at the time meaning all guests were trying to get up or down on the same one.
Excellent location for getting to and from the airport. Unfortunately can't remember the name of the girl at reception but she was very friendly which immediately gives a good impression. The room was sizeable, the bed was comfortable and if I needed anything the staff were happy to oblige. There's also the Hotel Hoppa Bus that leaves you to the front door within 10 minutes. Obviously works the other way around as well. Definitely be a choice for me when travelling to/from Heathrow in future.

CanadaClean, quiet, had all the facilities I needed. Good breakfast. The taxi driver didn't know about you so dropped me off at another ibis on the same road. I walked, dragging my suitcase and tripped over an irregular pavement and fell, .very which left me in a bad mood. However the facilities cheered me up.

United KingdomThe fact that I was charged breakfast for my kids - 3 of them and one did not even eat anything. Compared to similar hotels breakfast for 2 kids came free with full breakfast purchase. So my 3 kids should have eaten for free based on what i was charged.

United KingdomOne of the elevators was broken and the other one felt like it was on its way. The elevators were small so it can get filled up very quickly if there were anyone with a suitcase, so there was always a really long wait to use it. Whilst the room was clean, it did smell slightly funny as it was not possible to open the window.
The hotel was well located and the staff were helpful, especially as we were able to leave our luggage after checkout. The room itself was clean and tidy. We have stayed in a similarly priced airbnb around Heathrow before and this was miles better.

United KingdomHotel is quite a bit away from Heathrow, and despite being on the main road, the bus stops are a small walk from the hotel. The area didn't feel safe to walk at night (just the short walk from the bus was uneasy). If you're looking for a cheap hotel near Heathrow, check out the other Ibis.
Hotel was fine, only booked for 1 night before a flight, but wouldn't stay any longer. Room was clean and staff were friendly. Vending machines downstairs and the restaurant were a bonus for grabbing food to go before travelling
