We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CanadaGot fined for car parking, not reminded about the charge at check in , or check out ! 100 pounds ! Also fined for driving on the Parkway, to and from the hotel did not know about the emission charge as live in Canada and my daughter who was driving was from Cheshire. This will stop me from returning to this hotel .

The hotel is close to Heathrow airport (T2 and T3) and the airport shuttle stops right in-front of the hotel. There is a restaurant located inside the hotel. Friendly staff who are willing to accommodate changes in schedules.

GermanyIt felt a little uncomfortable arriving late in the evening after dark as a solo female traveller. There were some men hanging out in the entrance area. I am not sure if they were guests of the hotel or not.
The hotel was relatively close to Heathrow and easy to reach by public transport. The rooms are quite basic, but fine for one night.

Close to the airport but an hour away from downtown by tube; Breakfast is very well served and staff is very friendly. Important to note that there are two Ibis in Hunslow, so check it before ordering a transit service there.

The location was really good especially with there being a shuttle bus (at a small cost) to get you to the airport. The room was fine and the bed was comfy. The restaurant was fine albeit a bit expensive. The staff were very helpful. Strange as it may seem it was interesting watching the planes on their landing flight path.

Nice classic motel-hostel-hotel type stay with all the comforts inside the room. Nothing super special, but all your needs are covered nicely. Super friendly staff.
