Nothing much. Only the tele will turn off like every 30-40mins for low connection. But aside from that everything are amazing.

Staff are friendly and approachable. Very good loaction and walking distance to city center, bus station, foods and some other tourist location around Bristol. In the back of the hotel 1 minute walk to tesco express. We really enjoy our stay in the hotel and would like to say thank you for all the staff of ibis. Breakfast was amazing. Strong wifi connection. Bed is comfortable and clean room. We definitely gonna check in again if we gonna visit Bristol in the future! xx

Ibis has always been as expected so nothing to write here.

Location was good for a short walk to the Bristol O2 venue. Parking nearby, discount on 24 hour parking if you get your ticket scanned at reception which was great. Bus services just at the end of the road. All in all a good spot for a visit to Bristol for a gig.

The windows because I was able to get natural fresh air, which was really nice. The room was a lovely size with a lot of power points. The air con gave out a lovely breeze. The staff are wonderful and very nice. I like the early check-in and late check-out

Rooms a bit dark and dingy, area at back of toilet not cleaned properly. TV very old. Funny smell in room on arrival. Did not like the pod style bathroom and bathroom door did not shut.

Comfort of bed, breakfast, staff. Great central location.

The bathroom 'pod' - a step down, to get out is very disconcerting in the dark. Room cooling system- couldn't get it to work.

Brilliant location, right in the centre. Rooms weren't as 'plastic' as many Ibis' so looked fresher and more modern. Parking at the Millennium car park was easy, and with the hotel discount, cheap(ish) - £12.50 for 24 hrs.

No breakfast and for £134.00 this seemed unreasonable. Pricey! No answer to a question via WhatsApp from staff No view

Location great. Room has what you need, is just quite basic. Nice foyer with bar area. Shower very good. Loo pod is unusual like being in a space ship! Clever design to maximise space, but if claustrophobic you may not like it.

    - The lack of aircon! The rooms have a sort of climate control thing that cools the rooms if it’s hot outside ( apparently) but it’s pretty useless! The room was so so so hot!!! I got a fan from reception but it didn’t help much! - You can’t open the windows as they are glued shut! So it’s very stuffy - it’s pretty noisy

The location is great! Right in the centre of the fun at the harbour The outside bar is nice and handy Rooms are very basic but clean

Some of the furnishings and decor in our room looked a bit tired but absolutely fine for a night.

Good location-very adequate room-plenty of towels and shower gel etc plus coffee making facilities. Nice to be able to have a drink in the bar before turning in.

We were hoping to have white wine with our fish supper but unfortunately the delivery had not turned up which left us a little bit disappointed. We had booked breakfast, when we arrived there was no fruit available, no cooked breakfast apart from 4 sausages, no bread or pastries, it was 09:30 and breakfast ran until 10am. The girl who was on reception worked very hard, she was so lovely found us some bread for toast. We had cleared our own table and people who came after us had to do the same. We realised there was a shortage of staff and some of this could not be helped. One of our party mentioned our disappointment having only tea and toast for £12 and we were given a refund. Perhaps breakfast could have been staggered when they realised the staff shortage, we would not have minded waiting.

The staff were wonderful, especially the reception staff, they couldn’t have been kinder. We saw a couple of housekeeping staff and they were very pleasant. Room was very comfortable, drink making facilities were very good, we had a pleasant stay.
