We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel was a bit run down and needs some money spent on it, Walls could do with a new coat of paint and curtains and blinds needed replacing along with some new carpet as these were very worn.
The hotel was only a few hundred yards from Coventry rail station. The guy on reception was very nice and friendly. My room was nice and big and can honestly say never been in a hotel room in Britain with a b-day in.

United KingdomThe room was up 2 flights of stairs and no lift. The toilet was blocked. The cold tap handle was broken. The wash handbasin's soap dispenser was empty. The two bedside lights were broken and didn't work. The lamp shades were charred and cracked. The desk had one drawer missing. One bedside table drawer fell apart. The single main light shade contained dirt and dust. The room was over due for refurbishment, with evidence of damp. Peeling wallpaper. The bathroom door could not shut, let alone lock. Towels had been provided for one person only.
Friendly helpful staff, especially with our heavy case. Good size room. Willingness by staff to make good lack of towels, more milk for tea and coffee, to offer a room change (didnt happen) and fix the lights (didn't happen). Also allowed an extra hour in the room on departure day, on request, and to let us park in the hotel carpark hours after our departure, on request.

United KingdomThe entire hotel was extremely dated and in need of a major refurbishment. The bin in the bathroom appeared to have not been cleaned, the light in the bathroom did not work also. I was unable to watch TV due to the remote having just one battery in it. This kind of summed up the experience for me!
The Hotel staff were helpful and efficient and checked us in good time. The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was within walking distance from the city. The bed was comfortable and I slept well.

United KingdomOverpriced for what it is. The decoration of the hotel is POOR. The blinds around the place are filthy, the headboard of the bed I slept in was all tattered and torn. The carpet in the room was coming up in places and regardless of how high I had the radiator set it was FREEZING.
It had a bar, had an Indian restaurant attached to it and was only two mins from the site I was working on.

United KingdomThe room smelled so badly of smoke and there was a sock on the fire detector. The room wasn't to bad but We were in a family room which was extremely small and were tripping over each other a bit in the room. The food place attached to the hotel had a huge and very loud party till very early hours in the morning therefore got no sleep until around 5am.
There was plenty of parking and the beds were comfortable.

United KingdomWater pressure was low enough that I could not shower. There was a bath so I was forced to use it. Smell in the corridors was pungent and unpleasant giving off a very unclean vibe even though the room was clean, the entire week when walking through the hotel the smell was present. Clearly in need of updating there plumbing or adjusting the water pressure and giving the carpets and wales a clean in the hall to get rid of the smell.
The room I received during this stay was sizeable and appeared clean.
