There was water leaking from the ceiling in the first room we were given, and as there was electricity (a lamp) close to it, we asked if there's anything that can be done, as it seemed dangerous. The staff was kind enough to arrange us another room, where everything was fine. Moreover, the room was cooler (basement floor), whereas the air was damp and hot in the first room, so the other twin room was better in other ways, as well. A micro-wave oven would have been useful in the room.

There was a fridge and stove in the room. The location was close to public transport. The staff was helpful and friendly. The beds were comfortable and wide enough.

Very small bathrooms. Small rooms but functional.

Location was good. Quiet but good connections to all attractions. Staff was very helpful and good. Clean rooms .. would stay here again.

The shower that requires mandatory bath cap and has no possibility to direct the water. I understand the bathroom is small due to location limitation but a 3 cm shelf to put the shower gel on, would do wonders for the confort

Well located, friendly front of desk. I was on my own so didn't expect a large room or bed for the night. Check-out time was great given my night being a late one! Kitchenette and shower room all good.

in the rules of the room, it was said that the door of the shower cabin should be closed well so as not to get the room wet, but the door itself did not work and it was good that we could hold the door for each other. What to do for those who remain alone?

location was great very nice city center with lot of shops and restaurants. Would I go back again? would definitely look at other places for a similar price.

Room space is not organized very effectively, the room is somewhat uncomfortable, despite not being too small. Strange smell in the bathroom, probably a bit mouldy (not visible).

Top location; the most comfortable bed and pillows I've had at a hotel for quite a while now; very friendly staff.

Very firm mattress. Room could do with a fresh paint and update. Some cracks in bathroom but did not effect use of items. Not fault of hotel but would recommend upgrading to room with a window as basement rooms get very hot especially when 20°+ outside

Brill location, marjoity of tube lines could be accessed within 20 mins walk. Good value for money. Safe and easy to access car park for reasonal price. Fridge in room very usual and more than enough space for 2 people

Slept in a basement, sink too close to the toilet, difficult to open windows as they were sliding windows so you couldnt leave them open for fresh air as someone could potentially enter the room.

When you go to bed you need a stone to kill the lights in the room because there's no switch. No shelf or bedside table to put your phone on (which you need because you have to use the flashlight when you go to sleep). And they should give their plumber a stern look :-; The No 1 button from the loo didn't work so you always had to do a full flush. Hot and cold water pipes of the bathrom sink were installed the wrong way around, so you never get the temperature you expect.

The hotel is in good condition and there's a car park in the back (to be booked seperatly via yourparkingspace.co.uk). Hyde Park and Queensway Tube station are just a couple of metres away. There's a small kitchenette.

No view from window onto the street as shutters permanently closed and only a high window to give light. For obe night this wasn’t a problem

TV was jokingly old. Cable was showing some channels, but not all that were in the TV menu. Everything was quite cramped - corridors narrow, room - quite small. Bathroom was decent size, but the shower itself was also small.

The area is quite nice, green and quiet for London. Two subway stations are nearby, as well as pubs, shops, and anything else you might need. The room had a fridge, stove, sink, and some dishes. Additionally - there was an instruction for food delivery.

There weren’t any window blinds. If you don’t wear an eye mask you might struggle to sleep.
