The room we had was on the road side - as are most at the hotel - they have done their best to eliminate sound with extra pane so it wasn’t to noisy. We were expecting a roll top bath as per the pictures when booking but they were unable to provide. They did however do their best to compensate for this with other complimentary offerings which was very kind of them. GF granola and bread at breakfast were not up to the standard of everything else at the hotel. Overall however, the service and comfort here is excellent.

Service here was wonderful, staff going above and beyond and the bed was very comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed the calm of the hotel, and excellent food as well.

A two pack of biscuits with the tea & coffee in room would have been nice & a cooked breakfast included in the price of the room. However the continental breakfast was very nice.

Excellent bathroom and beautiful comfy bed. Air conditioning was a bonus.

It was a bit expensive and ideally I'd have liked there to be more opportunity to walk from the hotel to explore the surrounding countryside.

The ambience and the staff were All amazing. Their teamwork and collaboration was Exceptional.

The electric vehicle chatgung didn’t work again and the manager helped personally to find a normal electric socket. I managed to get enough charge to make it to an electric charging point elsewhere. The EV charging of it has worked was extremely expensive compare to other locations and wasn’t even HPC. Not a good experience at all. However the staffs compassion and creativity made it manageable.

£0.75p/kwh on the EV charging. Destination charging really doesn't need to be this expensive. Its no surprise I was told there would be no problem with availability and rest assured I was the only one charging. As a result I only charged what I need to to get to a Tesla supercharger (which are more than half the price). I'd have charged fully if it was priced more competitively and I'd expect there'd be more usage of them if it was too.

Fantastic hotel, restaurant and bar. Already recommended to family. Spotlessly clean, staff friendly and welcoming. Great selection of drinks. We only had the continental breakfast but this was first class. Perfect size bedroom with great comfy bed.

The hotel could be clearer about the breakfast policy that only continental breakfast is included in the price. They had charged me for breakfast however they kindly offered a refund which I think was a lovely gesture.

1. Extract ventilation not working in Bathroom/toilet in Room 2. 2. It would be helpful if there was a light in the alcove housing the tea/coffee making facilities 3. It would be helpfull if the faceplate to the double socket outlet over the desk was changed to one that also incorporated two USB ports

1. Given the level of pricing it was disappointing there was no choice of cereals i.e. Granola or nothing! 2. It would be helpful if guests were asked when they wanted their toast i.e. when the coffee and the rest of the breakfast was delivered to them or at the end of their breakfast - then cold and rubbery or warm and crisp toast is their decision!
