The rooms are extremely dark. While this is good for sleeping no so good for ladys getting ready.

The atmosphere was great. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Bar/restaurant decorations are fabulous. Clean tidy and comfortable beds.

The layout of the hotel wasn't great an the lift at the time of my stay was out of order. On my way to and from my room I got lost. But it was anything major

The staff was fantastic an very welcoming. Very attentive and happy to help. The food was beautiful, even though I got to only try their breakfast. It was still lovely. The rooms were spotless an very warm and cosy

For the price £400 + for 2 night stay (bed only) felt it was very expensive. Needs a bit of a make over - carpets dirty, walls in need of fresh coat of paint, windows dirty!! Very dark corridors & rooms due to dark paint colour choice - I would have expected more for the money we paid.

Near to venue at Botanic Gardens where we were attending an event - therefore just a short walk

The lift wasn’t working on Wednesday and the staff assured us that it was going to be fixed. It still wasn’t working on Friday when we left. Also the safe in the rooms don’t work.

In a great part of Belfast, near the Botanical Gardens and university. Plenty of places to eat nearby. You can buy tickets for the red sightseeing bus at reception, a 10 minute walk to the university stop, to catch it. Nice touch in the room, cartons of water, ear plugs, toiletries, shower caps, toothbrush and toothpaste. Lovely bar and food available.

The room even with the curtains open has barely any light with all the lights on, very dull. We had to go to reception to ask for toilet roll as we didn't have any in our room when we checked in. We were given an accessible room which we hadn't booked which was fine but the bathroom door being a sliding one and it had no lock and the door wouldn't completely close and I could be seen on the toilet from the gap in the door, was embarrassing.

    The staff were super friendly

The bathroom had a problem with the drains and was very smelly. The room was adequate but not as good as I hoped for the money I paid. The neighbouring flats can see straight in to the bedroom so I had to keep the curtains closed, and there was barely enough light to read a book, I had to slip the lampshade off the sidelight

Location is fantastic and the bar area comfortable with great decor and atmosphere. Breakfast was excellent but could have been included in the price. Staff were very cheerful and helpful

The place is highly overpriced. The room was quite basic, with some paint patches on the walls and no central lighting. It's so loud that you can feel the room shaking. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay, this isn't it.

The bar looks impressive, making the place unique and catchy. The hotel rooms are stylish and well-equipped, with a coffee machine, bottles of water, earplugs, etc.

A great weekend, in an ideal location with really friendly helpful staff

I know it was a bank holiday weekend and it was the Sunday of the Marathon, however we kept getting moved in the bar before we were due to leave for our train. I recommend maybe putting down reserved signs on the tables that are reserved, and if you move a group from one reserved table and see them going to sit at another (as it has no reserved signs) maybe inform them before they sit down, order a round of drinks and then are drinking their drinks that that table is also in fact reserved. Now the manager who came to tell us was extremely lovely and nice to deal with.

Stand out for me was the check in staff were so helpful and really friendly! Nothing seemed like a bother for them when asked, which was great and really welcoming. Especially Jodie from start to finish was so helpful! All the staff were actually great and friendly when dealing with them. The hotel bar is stunning and great drinks & food ! A really great stay so thank you all.
