Location is very good near to shops underground and plenty of food places and some lovely restaurants and really welcoming pubs

Great hotel for a moderate price in central London. Brilliant location near a bus stop for buses to South Kensington museums, Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace and Knightsbridge. A few minutes walk to restaurants in quieter Earls Court. The hotel was clean and well decorated, with an ample simple breakfast.

Bed a little bouncy. Mattress might need replacing. Deposit for tv and air con remotes. No hand towel in bathroom just 2 bathsheets. Very basic breakfast. Dated curtains and cushions. Our room 107 basement clean & quiet overlooked clean tidy small courtyard but very dark and dim.

Incredibly sweet workers in reception and at breakfast. These women were the reason we liked the place and would return.

Room was a little dirty, there were half packet of biscuits and crisps packet behind cupboard on floor obviously fell down from previous stay and not cleaned around. Shower was a little grubby the screen looked like it needed a good clean. The light in the shower was out and had come away from the ceiling. We also had no new shower gel, soap or tea and coffee and we had 3 nights 3 mornings. Bed/ mattress I would say was old springs a little pokey and sank in the middle.

Position, staff really great, friendly couldn't do enough for you . T and coffee in dining area whenever wanted adm we could leave bags on last day then go back and have a coffee before leaving door our home train journey very good.

we couldn't find the heating in the room and it was cold at night. I suppose the rooms were built long ago, we could hear sounds from very noisy neighbours and from upstairs until 3am in the night. The bath towels ( one of them was big while the others were small) not sure if it was a mistake.The sanitary bags were missing in the bathroom.

The room and the hotel was very clean.Staff were very cordial.Breakfast although limited, was served at the table which was nice and very unusual nowadays.

The room is very small, and it’s very hard to sit on the toilet because of the small bathroom. It’s a little bit hard to get warm water.

The staff are very nice! They’re very kind and helpful in everything! The breakfast was great! And you have infinite coffee and tea all day!

The hotel have good stuff, only 1 reception man don’t have hair , no polite, make very difficult when you ask help! I ask toalete, it’s broken, ok but don’t have 1 for emergency? I wait out after 2 days , I will book another day, when. I ask for ex, he automatic said it’s broken tell no have more room, and online have 2, I take my luggage and go, I think he no want me stay more, repeat only this guy, the rest it’s very polite ,

Fixed shower top head only, pillow could be more confy.

No frills affordable hotel, was adequate for a night, good value for money. Staff was helpful: when I arrived late for breakfast (end of schedule, they have mostly cleaned up) they still laid breakfast in a table for me, very nice of them.
