was slightly dusty on the tv unit and the cups needed to be rewashed. Not enough sugar and milk.

I've stayed a few times now due to work commitments and this was the best nights sleep I've had in a very long time. I woke up feeling refreshed and this feeling continued throughout my day. The food was delicious too.

One minor issue was that the curtain didn’t fit the window completely so it was a bit bright in the morning. Otherwise great!

It looks like an old Soviet era prison. The outside is drab to the point that we thought twice about checking in. Inside was fine

Only one thing, the enamel in our bathtub was chipped in a few places. Just needs repairing or replacing.

Attention to detail by house keeping lower that expected. Toilet did not flush, shower hose leaked, plug in bath just laying on edge of bath.

A little noisy at times, with no real soundproofing. Rooms will be very warm in the summer.

Modern elegant rooms that defy the outward appearance of the hotel. Great location and value.

The road frontage of the hotel lets it down. If you didn't know, you would think the site was abandoned. Fortunately this is made up for when you enter the building.

I like the outlook of the rooms over the neighbouring golf course. You wake up to birdsong. The room had all I needed, and the dining room/bar make it very convenient when staying.

The exterior of the hotel does look like an office building but it didn't bother me at all, just maybe a little harder to find if you don't know what to look for.

The hotel has a modern interior, great, clean comfortable room. I chose a room with a balcony which had beautiful views over the golfing green. I didn't have time for breakfast as I was due on a training course nearby.

The front of the hotel does look like it needs some tlc, the conference suite looked a bit derelict, but maybe this has nothing to do with the hotel.

Room decor a little dated, thought room was a little small for an accessible room, there was nowhere to move the chairs/table to to get to the desk/mirror. Outside of hotel needs painting, it doesn't look very welcoming.

Comfy bed, good shower, good disabled access to hotel. Good to have comfy chairs and table. Ample sockets for our needs.

An unknown noise which kept my partner awake for most of the night. It sounded like a generator or something similar and there was also a vibration as a result, I noticed this myself around 4 or 5am. This is the only issue I had on this particular visit. This is not something I've noted on prior stays.

The staff here are always friendly and very helpful. The checking process was excellent, much of this by agreement during the booking process. The communication with the hotel I find to be very good and the room itself was very clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal for us.

Starting to look a bit tired and perhaps slightly shabby in places - could do with a bit of a refurb and freshen up. Otherwise, all good.

Don’t let the of it’s time ‘70s architectural monstrosity external looks put you off when doing your hotel search. This is a good hotel, in a great location with decent sized well kitted out rooms and a pleasant view out over the golf course next door. The restaurant food was excellent and good value for money. Have stayed here before and will happily return again.

The external look of the hotel can be deceptive, the internal interiors are well done

The rooms are spacious and well lit up, clean. Good location away from the city centre and free parking.

Just the standard of cleaning but I do have high expectations overall hotel is great for us and we have returned a fair few times over the past three years

The location is great and the rooms are a good size we always get a good deal and enjoy our stay. I am pretty OCD when it comes to cleaning and feel a little more time should be spent on toilets loose seats etc but the staff are great and friendly

Something really needs to be done about the front of the hotel as its looks like an abandoned building and I suspect put off any passing trade, Also the room and dinning area seemed to be incredibly cold which is fine in summer but not other times of the year.

No faults

Room checked and cleaned daily, with tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits restocked daily. Would highly recommend this hotel over Millfields hotel, Grimsby.
