Only two negatives the toilet seat was loose and the pillows were uncomfortable.

The location was perfect for us. Buses outside the door..Tube and Bus station 10mins walk. 10mins by bus to Kensington palace…Knightsbridge Harrods. We were a family of 4 and the room although small was perfectly comfortable with tea and coffee facilities and fridge. Great shower.. fresh towels and room tidied every day for our 3 day stay. It was quiet too which was important for us to get a good sleep at night.

We were there in mid October, temperatures were rather low outside but the heating was off, so it was freezing in the room at all times. I got a running nose after the first night. Also, I got several bites on my back and hip during the two nights spent there. Since there were no mosquitos, I suppose they are bed bugs bites. Very itchy. Awful indeed.

The room is larger than average for downtown London, is quite modern. Hotel is within 10-12 minutes walking distance from several metro stations. Also a nice coffee shop to have breakfast across the street. Also, price was really good.

The room was tiny, I could barely open my luggage. Property is situated on a busy street, do expect traffic noise throughout the night even with windows closed.

the bathroom smelled really bad any time of the day, the door would lock automatically and I couldn’t lock it from the inside which resulted in cleaning ladies entering the room, when I was showering for example ..

the bed was big and comfy, the person at the register was super sweet

Poorly designed and maintained shower. Excessive early morning noise from other rooms and the communal area.

The breakfast is not great, the room is very outdated and was not very clean. Everything is very basic.

Can get quite hot in the room despite opening windows fully. It can be quite loud (my room was directly in front of the main road. Bed itself comfy but pillows could be better. Bit of mould (or just unclean) on my blankets. Wifi not as good as i would like - videos struggle if on 1080p

Location was great. About 10-15min walk from hammersmith, goldhawk and sheperds bush stations. Laundrette 2min walk away and local sainsbury about 5min walk away. Double bed was good. Got a mini fridge and kettle which are handy. Bathroom good and spacious.

Was quiet inspite of lots of German students staying. Comfortable, clean and close to the eye clinic! Not so keen on four flights of stairs, but probably one of the reasons that it was quiet!

Some of the communal areas, the stairs in particular, needed cleaning. The same pieces of what appeared to be egg shell were on the stairs for the entire time I was there.

The room had everything I needed and the bathroom looked practically brand new.

Ceiling fan was not effective and when in use the light remained faintly on. Would be better to provide a freestanding fan for summer months.

Shower room/toilet was tiny - not like the photos. There was an awful smell in the shower room and we had to be moved. That room was better, but still tiny. Carpets felt dirty.. Breakfast felt like a conveyor belt, and cramped Woodlice in bathroom
