To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room was a bit on the smaller side and there was noise drifting in through a window. The breeze was fine for summertime but it is a bit drafty for other seasons.
The beds were very comfortable and the room very clean and clearly often tended to. Very well connected transport-wise and very friendly staff.

Great location. 5-10 minute walk to Hammersmith Station or bus stop straight out the front. Laundrette, off licence and a good Indian restaurant just down the road. Basic, budget friendly accommodation not far from central London in a safe, leafy neighbourhood. Staff were friendly and went above and beyond with baggage storage and also searched online for suitable bus routes after maintenance work closed Hammersmith Station one weekend.

The room was small but adequate. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, very good. Great location with many restaurants nearby and the Tube station and quick walk. Good place for a short stay. Staff was great.

Noisy area but needed window open as heating was on a timer and it was a hot night I had asked for a ground floor room, but was not allocated one and due to my mobility problems, I needed ground floor or lift. There is no lift.

MoldovaThis is not so much a complaint as a note for future visitors: the hotel is not newly renovated and does show signs of long-term use. However, this does not detract from the quality of the services offered, which remain excellent despite the age of the facilities.
I was thoroughly impressed with my stay at Hotel 65. The cleanliness was impeccable, with daily housekeeping ensuring a spotless environment. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, contributing to a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The beds were comfortable, allowing for a restful night's sleep. The hotel's location is excellent, being approximately a 10-minute walk to the nearest tube stations and a mere 12-minute walk to Olympia London.The continental breakfast was sufficient, offering a good variety of products. Freshly toasted bread, coffee, tea, and juice were readily available with refill options. Considering the amenities and services provided, the value for money was outstanding.

United KingdomThe stairs are steep and I was on the third floor but that's okay. The TV didn't work because the aerial was broken but everyone did their best to fix it. There's a lot of renovations going on so everything was scaffolding and paint - but it needs doing!
The evening receptionist was an absolute star (so helpful and nice)! The bed was so comfortable and the bathroom great, good shower. The location was very convenient. The breakfast was terrific and it all felt very efficiently run. Loved it!
