The room was a little dated and had a window between the bathroom and bedroom so if anyone went to the bathroom in the night, the light would shine through and wake the other person.

Lovely breakfast and communal space. Friendly staff!

Live Music was far too loud in the restaurant with many guests asking for the volume to be turned down but the staff refusing to do so.

A noisy Disco under our room 128 until 12pm 19th Nov 20 2023. We were offered an alternative room when we rang reception at 11pm, but decided to bear with the noise until midnight when the disco thump thankfully ceased. David Russ

The room we stayed in this time could do with some upgrading as it smelt a little of damp, but nothing that stopped us from staying in the room.

Perfect location for exploring the beautiful island of Jersey. The hotel offers everything you need for a company stay. Breakfast is superb, rooms are good, free parking if you have a car.

The room (apart from bathroom) was a bit cramped and dimly lit & a little dated in comparison with the bathroom and the entrance hall and the rest of the downstairs. Hold to control the temperature in the room.

Breakfast very good. Lots of choices. Continuous clearance of used plates etc. lobby area very welcoming and enticing. Bathroom well lit and a good size Staff were helpful

The room is a bit dated with dark wood and the wallpaper was peeling. There was an over powering perfumed smell in the reception.

It was reasonably priced, warm and in a place handy for the centre of St Helier. The breakfast and coffee were great.

We booked breakfast with it, we asked at reception the night before can we all sit together at 9.30am. She said this wouldn’t be a problem we arrived the next day and the waiter was very rude and said no tables left so we all couldn’t sit together. We were on 3 tables

Some things could do with a tiny bit of maintenance such as looser faucets, tightening of wardrobe hinges & handles. Perhaps also updating some upholstery.

Great room with a very comfortable bed, quiet and very clean. Really good breakfast with quality items and large variety to choose from. It's in a good location you can walk to the ferry port within 25-20 mins and shops are within 10-15 min walk away. The staff were excellent and they helped me out when I had to unexpectedly extend my stay due to storm Ciarán.

Room was a bit bland and a bit dark but okay. Maybe some nicer biscuits on the coffee tray.

Pleasant enough rooms, well equipped. Netflix and Amazon Prime TV, good internet in rooms. 10-15 minutes walk to main bus station. Quiet area. Small gym and outdoor swimming pool. The best thing about this hotel is the excellent breakfast. Fresh croissants and pastries, good quality fruit juices and coffee, cereals, quality cooked breakfast served help yourself buffet and amazing cake. Breakfast room staff are very nice.

Breakfast wasn't available before our departure time, although included in the price. We were offered room service. I had a cup of coffee and some soggy toast. No juice or croissant. Shame to leave on a bit of a disappointement.

During the winter months, not much for guests to do in hotel but can't complain.

The hotel is a lovely, friendly, peaceful hotel, staff where great with us and having our flight cancelled. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner was full of flavour and great portions.
