The spa had quite a few drunk women in causing quite a lot of havoc which caused us to leave as nobody was available to talk to. The bath wasn’t very clean and the water was lukewarm so couldn’t really relax in it.

The property is stunning! Breakfast was amazing and had us set for the day😍 reception are very helpful and lovely. Also the waiter in the restaurant ( he said he was Egyptian haha) was very kind and helpful. We went for a nice evening walk around the secret garden it was so peaceful and just unreal!

Very grand building, rooms felt a little less grand. Room pillows a little lumpy and hairdryer wasn’t working.

We had a table booked for 9 oclock for dinner but wasnt ready till half 9 which by then was too late so we did not have dinner in the end .

Set in the countryside, peaceful!! Rooms were comfortable. Use of pool also good.

Cleanliness, bedroom had a questionable fresh stain on floor, maybe a pet or child had an accident during previous stay?! Though amenities listed they were not in the room. Needed to go to reception to request items. Finding room is like a rabbit warren be nice for someone to show your initially/quickest way, spotted a lot of guests lost! Shower in spa had a mould around the edge and not all lockers worked.

Really friendly staff, great food and massage at the spa was lovely. Beautiful grounds and Manor House, feels your have arrived somewhere special.

There is a rabbit warren of corridors so lots of walking is required. The tables in Harry's Bar are a bit too close together. Also the coffee out of the machines is pretty dire.

The grounds are beautiful and it is a peaceful location in the countryside. The staff were very helpful and accommodating, happy to.answer queries and quick to solve problems. We enjoyed the breakfasts and also the food in Harry's Bar. Food and drink is competively priced and pretty good value.

Compared to the whole location the rooms are quite basic. And getting an Uber or Bold on your way back is almost impossible.

The location itself is more than beautiful. I was invited to a wedding which took place there and was impressed by this nice place.

The food in Harry's Bar was exceptional. The menu had plenty of variety and the quality and flavour of the food was superb. The staff were attentive, happy and chatty. All the staff from the reception to the bar and restaurant were wonderful. The hotel itself is a beautiful old building and its nice to be able to stroll around the peaceful and well kept grounds too. We are looking forward to going back.

We went to the spa and could not use the swimming pool because it was busy. It was a very disappointing situation. We were told we could use the swimming pool from 6 pm (open till 8 pm), but our dinner was booked for 7 pm. We could not change the booking for dinner time to 8 pm, so we had to choose a very late time for the dinner as there was no other option. The reservation was at 9:15 pm, but we had to wait for the table for around 20 minutes. As a result, we had a very late dinner; we were hungry and tired… The hotel offered complimentary drinks and free of charge late checkout the next day.

I visited the hotel to celebrate my daughter's 18th b-day. Stuff was very polite. We were surprised to get two free Prosecco glasses from the restaurant as a welcoming birthday gift (after they checked my daughter's ID :).

Well. Within 2 min in the hotel room, the under the sink cupboard whatever it was broke down. I thought there ware shelfs there so I tried to open it and believe me I didn't use any force just pulled the corner little bit and the whole thing came apart.

Location was so beautiful and peaceful. Definitely can recommend. Spa facilities were great. Little bit busy but that's understandable as there was a wedding 2 days in a row. Food in Harry's Restaurant and breakfast were exceptional.

The walls are thin, there was a guest next door who snored extremely loud also noise in the corridor can be heard especially on the Sunday when there was a wedding reception on and guests were returning to the rooms a bit merry. There wasn’t any hand soap either which should be there. I didn’t highlight anything during my stay as I wasn’t there long and didn’t want a fuss but I’m sure the staff would have helped if I asked as the interactions I had with them they seemed friendly and approachable.

The walls between bedrooms are very thin - we heard next door’s conversations! Also it was a busy Saturday night with lots of doors banging up to midnight which spoilt it a bit for us. Would have liked greater gluten free options for breakfast and dinner
