Set up of the room was odd, couldn’t really see the TV from any seating area, underfloor heating in bathroom in June turned the room into a sauna, music from bar downstairs heard clearly in the room but it was turned off at 11pm so no big deal.

Stunning property and wonderful helpful staff, very clean. Easy to park, nice spa facilities, great breakfast. Complimentary tea / coffee / bottled water

The staff was phenomenally helpful and friendly. That were very sweet in helping my fiancée and myself celebrate our engagement weekend. They truly made it special. The service was wonderful with drinks being delivered to you where ever you were on the property. Finally the food was delicious. You couldn’t go wrong with anything on the menu. While we didn’t have pets ourselves it was quite fun seeing dogs around! You truly couldn’t go wrong with a stay here.

Although it was only May our room was hot and we needed to put on the fan at night. No gym.

The spa is small but well kept. Breakfast was excellent. The grounds are lovely with plenty of opportunities for walks. There is a nice children's playground. Room was spacious (in main part of hotel) with lovely toiletries in bathroom. The hotel is exceedingly canine friendly - many guests had dogs with them. Good Wifi. Plenty of public areas.

The staff were very friendly, the bed was very comfy, location and grounds were great, spa was nice and due to be expanded. The breakfast was very nice. Complementary ice cream and brownies was a great touch. Highly recommend.

Staff amazing and little extras very awesome. Only negative, would be Spa could be better and bed a little uncomfortable. BUT this I hate to think of to answer question. Not a complaint.

Room was quite warm and the fan supplied was too loud and strong to have on at night. On one day the room was not serviced until we asked after we had been out all day, then a towel supplied was dirty. The coffee maker wasnt great and the coffee supply was meagre, could have asked for more, but I dont like to go scrounging for supplies when in a luxury resort.

Spacious room with comfortable large bed. Windows were able to be opened to the garden and fresh air. Ample storage space and good sized TV. Bathroom was roomy with good hot water supply. Great hairdryer and bathroom amenities.

The poor signage to enter from the slip road It said deliveries which in fact was our entrance Mirrors in shower room put on a sloping roof so good picture of my head from the top!!

We were in the Mews in the grounds a short walk away from the main hotel and it was very quiet. Interesting decor and clocks etc Good food and lovely staff

The music playing in the public areas was too loud for my liking and too modern. Music at breakfast was nice.

The hotel is located in a beautiful estate. It has spacious gardens where you can sit and enjoy the tranquility. Our unit was well-sized and included two rooms which enabled us to stay together as a family while it didn’t feel crowded. The rooms were very clean, the beds are very comfortable. There were complementary tea, coffee and even yummy brownies! The heated pool is lovely as is the jacuzzi and they are open 12 hours which gives you lots of flexibility in terms of when you want to use them. The staff is friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast is delicious with lots of choice. We also booked dinner at the Olio restaurant which was delicious. The dining conservatory is gorgeous, overlooking the estate and surrounded by beautiful plants. We also did lovely walks, departing from the hotel by foot - highly recommended! (there’s a helpful booklet in the room with a map and suggested local walks).
