Kitchen work top space a bit limited. Walking from the cottage to a nearby hotel restaurant tricky as there is no footpath for the first 200yds approx; had to walk on road/grass verge.

We were met and "hosted" by Michael who was very welcoming, friendly and helpful; welcome pack inc wine, water, milk - much appreciated. Very peaceful location close to Rye in attractive rural location. Lovely cottage with private outside areas inc chairs and sun loungers. Very comfortable bed. Cottage was spotless throughout. Excellent bathroom with plenty of hooks for hanging towels, etc; great shower.

I loved every single part of this property and holiday. The cottage was beautifully appointed, clean, lovely garden and outdoor space, and overall comfortable. You have the friendliest on site managers who are always available and so very helpful. This is the ideal getaway for a couple and their dogs.

The host Micheal welcomes you when you arrive and shows you around the cottage. The location is beautiful with a private patio and large lawn all backing on to open fields where you can watch the rabbits play. The cottage is very clean a well equipped with every thing you could possibly need. There are lovely personal touches with a welcoming bottle of wine and box of chocolates. I would definitely love to go back.

Beautiful little cottage in a lovely rural setting. The space is very well considered and kitted out so you can easily cook, eat and relax. Micheal was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed (and more!) for a comfortable stay. We loved our time here and will probably be back again when we are in the area!

Raphaele was waiting for us in the middle of a rainy evening. We could bring our dog free of charge. The cottage had a fenced garden. They provided chocolates, milk, wine. Location was 5 mins drive from Rye, 10 mins drive from Camber Sands beach. We loved it and will be back one day.

A lovely cottage, situated in a lovely location and very well situated for access to Rye town. Very friendly and helpful owner. Facilities were everything needed for an enjoyable and peaceful stay for two people plus one spaniel.

A lovely warm cottage. All amenities we needed for cooking were well thought through. The cottage was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Plenty of hot water for showering/ washing up. The area was peaceful and only a short 15-20 minute walk into Rye town. The milk in the fridge on arrival was hugely appreciated for a cup of tea! Thank you to host Michael who made checking in and out very simple. We loved our 4 days here so thank you!

Charming and cosy cottage with everything you need for a few days, just a few minutes drive away from Rye. The host was very lovely and welcoming. Warmly recommend this stay, we will certainly come back next time we are in the area.

Everything was perfect.

What a stunning location the cottages are in ! Peaceful countryside with space all around & privacy. Only a 5 minute drive to the lovely Rye. The one bedroom chalet has been beautifully decorated with lovely bright colours combined with wood elements. The kitchen has an excellent oven with everything you need to cook up a storm ! The cottage was very clean, warm & very comfortable ! It was extremely hard to leave our temporary home away from home. Michael the host is very hospitable and cares greatly for his guests' happiness & comfort. There was a wonderful welcome pack with a very nice box of chocolates & wine. Excellent communication from the moment of booking until we left. We enjoyed his company so much that we shared time over coffee. A clever, delightful man ! I liked everything, from the greeting when I arrived to the goodbye when I left, so welcoming and friendly. Beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and so warm.
