We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaAll good, with the exception of the lift, on one occasion the lift door didn’t close fully and I thought I might have been stuck in there. However I reopened it and it closed and operated normally.
Great location, very friendly Staff, well equipped and comfortable room and an excellent breakfast. Although located very close to the airport and main road, the room was totally noise free and dead quiet.

CanadaTransportation from the airport was not as easy as I had understood. We arrived early evening and had to wait over 40 minutes for a bus that was the last one of the day at 6:30 pm. If we had been any later we would have had to take a much more expensive, time consuming option. Dinner - the chicken wings were mostly fat and not really edible. The mattress was squeaking which disturbs sleep.
Room was attractive, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast very nice - excellent variety. The hotel is very close to the airport was importatn for our ongoing trip.

United KingdomPillows were hard! Suggestion to improve - as the majority of customers will be staying for access to the airport. Why not have a robust set of scales so luggage can be weighed ahead of flying? You could even charge a £1 for charity. I saw numerous people at the airport with open cases frantically rearranging belongings to avoid hefty charges. I was sweating too when I put my bag on the scales! Just a thought that would be really helpful.
Excellent location, literally 5mins from Heathrow. Friendly staff, neat and comfortable hotel which was very good value for money.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was very good value for money. The jar of sweets was a lovely touch after a day travelling.

Did not hear a thing the first night when both windows were closed. Worst part is access to the airport which was not as straight forward as I had assumed when booking
