We ordered room service and when the food came it was all luke warm the pizza was small and looked nothing like the picture

A very welcoming and friendly feel provided a great start to our holiday. Staying the night before our early flight took away the stress of battling with closed motorways through the early hours. The hotel was clean as was our lovely, comfortable room, well equipped with all we needed for a good night’s sleep, after an amazing meal in their Turkish Restaurant.

It would have been great to have an actual physical room service menu rather than just digital for inclusitivity of all ages & abilities of guests.

A stone throw from terminal 2 and you do not hear a thing! No planes, no traffic - perfect to get a decent night sleep before an early flight. Overall, immaculately clean, room, facilities, lobby, everything! The room was spacious and had a big sofa bad in addition to the double bed. A fantastic rain shower & lovely toiletries, really good quality. Great arrangement & variety of lights and plugs throughout the room, making it adjustable for working & relaxing. It was also a very nice touch that the in room tea & coffee facilities included hot chocolate. The lobby has a Starbucks niche with their basic products, nice for a quick break or catch up.

Getting to / from the hotel from T2 involves skirting around the car park and an uncovered walk from there across a busy road to the hotel entrance. When you have luggage and single-digit temperatures, with sheeting rain (very common in Manchester) this is far from ideal. The location of the Radisson Blu is so much more convenient for the station and for T2.

Basic, but clean and spacious room, pretty comfortable bed; bathroom was small but airport hotels are not going to score highly for luxury!

The price is quite expensive but apart from that I enjoyed my stay here.

I liked the room it was comfortable with a good shower and comfortable bed. The food was nice in the restaurant.

Didn't like that I book a room a few months in advance for two people but get there told because I booked a standard room which was £143 for 1 night with breakfast so not exactly cheap that I was given a twin room but yet it only has 1 set of towels 1 cup for tea/ coffee and 1 glass .... why ????

We were not keen on the Turkish food, pretty bland.

Great bed and pillows, good size room with sofa. Best shower, ever, so easy to use and no steamed up mirror. Staff were great, waitress Lavanya was exceptional, restored our faith in the hospitality industry in this country, well done Holiday Inn!

Difficult access for pedestrians.

The restaurant the food was very expensive and very poor portions Wasnt like the quality made up for it as it was average and tasteless
