I think my only gripes were... That you could hear the road traffic a bit and if using the hairdryer there is no plug socket near a mirror which was odd. But nothing that would stop me from staying again.

Everything Firstly it was so easy to get to and with plenty of parking. Location was superb, very close to the high street and a short walk to the train station. It was spotlessly clean and with super polite staff who couldn't do enough to make your stay a pleasant one. Lovely swimming pool too.

The only fault was the fridge in the room wasn’t even air cold so the drinks were warm in there - not great. Rest of our experience was fantastic

Carpets in the bedroom probably could do with a wet clean, and the shower temperature wasn't really hot even on the max (yes, we pushed the button, so tap it turned more). Cooked breakfast had a bit of a weird oily taste to it, although there were plenty of options, so we definitely didn't go hungry!

All the staff we came across over an evening check-in, drink at the bar, and breakfast were very friendly and welcoming. Worth the price when I compared it to other hotels in the area.

I did not order breakfast as it was a bit much pr. person. It was conviniently located within walking distance to shopping street. Everything was lovely. They even comped my parking as i had a Handicap permit. Only thing lacking was a mini fridge in the room otherwise great.

The lifts were out of service so we had to walk up and down 4 flights of stairs. The bar food is over priced it was cheaper to go to the steak house for a steak.

There was a fair amount of dust. Walls could use a new coat of paint. Shower drain needs to be cleaned out of hair from previous guests

Room service could do with an improvement - when mine arrived - The chips were cold and the onion rings were barely warm. the food is reasonably priced, however make it hot - it had clearly been left for a while before being bought up ! The only other thing they could improve on, would be checking the phones in the rooms are clean, when I first picked it up to use it, it was disgusting - sticky and clearly it had not been checked to be cleaned! I had to use wipes to clean the phone before use as the stuff was welded on- NOT GOOD! However other than that, generally ok.

The Room was comfortable and generally in a quiet area, staff were very friendly and always happy to help. The parking was easy. - although a bit tricky, but that was the sat nav. This is the second time I have stayed here. Breakfast is always good with a good selection of cold and hot food, help yourself buffet which is always good. Good location, there are local shops / restaurants and shopping close by. It is fairly priced and I know I will get a comfy bed.

Value for money property with excellent staff. Food and room better than I expected but it should be noted that British hospitality generally very poor so expectations were not high.

Noise from corridor quite loud.

Our room had a mini fridge which was v useful, previous stays we didn't have this. I had left my phone charger there at a previous stay and they kept hold of it for me!

Breakfast coffee from a machine not great. £12 to park per day .

Staff were all lovely. Room was quiet and able to open window. Parking available right outside door. Light bite prawns were lush and open late for a sit down meal. Dove toiletries.
