I think just housekeeping was a little weak.it seems that they haven't enough workers.they had some delay in servicing rooms.but they were so friendly and after talk with them they had done it .

The location was excellent. In the center of london .just 2 min walk to underground station.Staff was so friendly. Breakfast was very good with different options.they had prepared a qote for my kid.and it was raining and the weather was little cold I said to them and they had prepared an extra warmer in the room .I recommend this hotel .

Well, this seems to be true in every hotel in England, but they don't have outlets for blow dryers in bathrooms, ,,, only for shavers....so you have to stand or sit out in the room, with not the best lighting, to blow dry your hair.

I sprained my ankle on arrival in London and when I arrived at the hotel the desk staff, concierge, and cleaning staff were amazing. From changing my room to a more shower accessible one, to greeting me ever morning with how are you? Is your ankle better? They brought ice to the room, the room service was prompt, the food hot and overall, saved my vacation from ruin. I was able to get out and do things after just a couple of days, because the Tube station was just a short walk away, there was a mall, with a grocery store, drug store and literally anything else I needed right across the street. I would stay here again in an instant!

Our main complaint, and it is an important one, is that we booked twin beds only to be told on arrival that we were in a double (the double beds in the HI are like bouncy castles - not good for two people). After we made a fuss, they put us in a room with a sofa bed instead and then tried to charge us extra, but relented when we complained. They told us that allocation of twin rooms was subject to availability on the day, not at the time of booking. I have never encountered such a policy in any of the many dozens of hotels that I have stayed in over the last 50 years. Be warned.

The hotel is and well located if you are interested in the West End theatres and museums (and bookshops). It is very easy to access from Heathrow. The rooms are OK, but fairly basic, though the bathroom was a bit cramped. The breakfast is fine. For the price we paid, we thought that it was good value for money.

Ideally situated next to underground with small square with shops and bars. Rooms are always very comfortable and staff can’t be any more accommodating. It’s the only hotel I book in London with location in mind.

The only detail I didn't like about our room was a very poor lighting and only one electrical socket, which wasn't good enough for 4 people in the room.

Breakfast very good ,staff helpful and very friendly.I would come back there for sure.

The hotel is massive, huge number of rooms, which makes it fairly impersonal. Also, the beds could be more comfortable, we got a triple room with individual beds, although we would have preferred a double bed and an an individual bed instead.

Breakfast was excellent and staff were extremely friendly and ready to help. The location is great, some 15-20 minutes walk from the areas of interest, such as the West End or SoHo. We had a great time and this hotel is clearly an option for our future stays.

Air condition was not working for the first day. In the morning i informed the staff, but when we returned in the evening it was not fixed. After all we were moved to another room. It took more than an hour and a lot of communication efforts. That's the least you like to do after hard day. Elevators can also be better - very slow. There is no opportunity to go by stairs (i dodn't find). But this aspect is not critical.

Good location, breakfast is also fine. Quick check in/check out procedure.
